Faço uso medicação alto custo, e mudei cidade e pedi transferência processo para Farmácia Alto Custo Guarujá desde 20/12/2021, hoje fui buscar a medicação e me informaram que ainda consta processo em aberto em Atibaia, resumindo, não pude pegar medicação... Quem será responsável pela interrupção do meu tratamento???
They don't answer the phone... I use high cost medication, and I changed city and asked for a transfer process to Farmácia Alto Cost Guarujá since 12/20/2021, today I went to get the medication and they informed me that there is still an open process in Atibaia, in short, I couldn't get medication... Who will be responsible for stopping my treatment???

No mais, fomos muito bem atendidos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Precisei de medicação por alto risco e não obtive por conta de burocratização. Funcionários sem empatia alguma e a mínima vontade de ajudar os outros, estão pouco se importando para a saúde de próximo. Foco é em burocratizar o máximo que der e ajudar o mínimo.
Terrible! I needed medication for high risk and I didn't get it because of bureaucratization. Employees without any empathy and the slightest desire to help others, are not caring about the health of others. Focus is on bureaucratizing as much as possible and helping as little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar com atendentes mal educados, não respeitam a lei aprovada no senado de que não se pode negar atendimento na falta de comprovante de residencia no nome...... Ainda tem a capacidade de perguntar se a pessoa nao tem nada no nome, ... um absurdo. O atendimento médico não pode estar ligado a distancia, cidade ou local que a pessoa mora... , telefone o pessoal deste não atendem.... Infelizmente péssimo atendimento.
Place with rude attendants, they don't respect the law passed in the Senate that you can't deny service in the absence of proof of residence in the name...... You still have the ability to ask if the person has nothing in the name, . .. an absurdity. Medical care cannot be linked to the distance, city or place where the person lives..., their staff don't answer the phone.... Unfortunately, bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algumas funcionárias são grosseiras, estão sempre de mau humor, respondem com indiferença. Funcionários públicos precisam ter mais empatia, principalmente esses da área da saúde. Tbm falta organização. Já perderam exames meus e hoje me informaram que vou precisar refazer alguns exames de sangue e urina. A atendente marcou para amanhã, não soube explicar o que aconteceu nem deu certeza que esses exames estarão prontos antes da consulta que será dia 04/04. Na última coleta de sangue que fiz não tinha maca disponível para eu fazer deitada pq passo mal. A enfermeira não achou minha veia e colheu da veia da mão. Ficou inchada, e roxa por vários dias. Sai de lá com tontura e mal estar. Usam a maca como mesa para dispor as fichas. Nem cadeira reclináveis vi nesse posto. Lamentável.

They already lost my exams and today they informed me that I will need to redo some blood and urine tests. The attendant made an appointment for tomorrow, she couldn't explain what happened nor was she sure that these exams will be ready before the appointment that will be on 04/04. In the last blood collection I did, there was no stretcher available for me to do lying down because I feel sick. The nurse couldn't find my vein and took it from the vein in my hand. It was swollen, and purple for several days. I left there feeling dizzy and sick. They use the stretcher as a table to arrange the chips. I didn't even see a reclining chair at this post. Unfortunate.
