★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente gostaria de elogiar.mas e com tristeza.que deixo essa Msg.Minha filha tem 17 anos e portadora de Asmas crônica seguimos o regulamento da secretaria de saúde. Fizemos o cadastro no portal para vacina do covid 19. Marquei consulta com Médico que fez a declaração.comprovando que ela faz uso de sabutamol 2x ao dia devido a Asma crônica.com cadastro pronto foi indicado a UBS Maria Gorete.
Com Data e hora.seguimos o protocolo.Ontem dia 25/08/21 minha filha seguiu para o posto juntamente com um acompanhante Maior.pois eu também sou da Área da saúde.e estava de Plantão. Chegando lá minha filha com o imail e comprovante de cadastro.juntamente com declaração do Médico e carteirinha de vacinação.Mas RG.comprovante de residência. Foi tratada com descanso. Segundo minha filha relatou a atendente nem segue olhou o imail.ou comprovante do cadastro.apenas disse a ela que não era ali e encaminhou para outra UbS. Chegando nesta segunda UbS. O atentende rebateu dizendo mas se tá marcado lá .e ela que você tem que tomar.e assim foi a tarde da minha filha jogando ela de UBS á UBS. Por fim depois de ir em 3 UBS. E voltar duas vêz na Maria Gorete. Ela retorna para casa triste.sem tomar a Vacina do Covid19. Fico pensando será que por ela ter 17 anos. Ninguém a levou em consideração.seguimos o protocolo é direito dela como cidadão Tomar a vacina. Tentei ligar no dia seguinte e o número só da fora de área.para tenta entender melhor a situação.na verdade me sinto como Mãe e como Profissional da Saúde frustada e desrespeitada.pois quando estou em Plantão faço de tudo para dar o melhor ao paciente que atendo.independente da situação. Dar o maior esclarecimentos.aos que necessitam.durante essa Pandemia ela ficou reclusa em casa obedecendo as ordem do governo até mesmo porque como já citei ele e portadora de asma crônica.e triste que diante de tal situação pandêmico ainda existe tais comportamentos. Falta de respeito e de empatia ao próximo. E triste essa realidade se nota que todas vidas perdida pelo covid19 não mudou a forma de pensar dos seres humanos.e triste ver o rumo que nosso país tá caminhando.

With Date and time.we followed the protocol.Yesterday, 8/25/21 my daughter went to the health center together with a Major.since I am also from the Health Area.and was on duty. When my daughter arrived there with her e-mail address and proof of registration, together with the doctor's statement and vaccination card. It was treated with rest. According to my daughter, the attendant did not even look at the email. or proof of registration. I just told her that it was not there and forwarded it to another UbS. Arriving this second UbS. The attendant countered saying but if it's marked there .and she's the one you have to take.and so it was my daughter's afternoon throwing her from UBS to UBS. Finally after going on 3 UBS. And go back twice to Maria Gorete. She returns home sad.without taking Covid19's Vaccine. I wonder because she is 17 years old. Nobody took her into consideration. We follow the protocol, it is her right as a citizen To get the vaccine. I tried to call the next day and the number only comes out of the area.to try to better understand the situation.actually I feel as a Mother and as a Health Professional frustrated and disrespected.because when I'm on Duty I do everything to give the patient the best that I answer.regardless of the situation. To provide the greatest clarification to those who need it.during this pandemic, she was confined at home, obeying the government's orders, even because, as I have already mentioned, she is a carrier of chronic asthma. It is sad that in the face of such a pandemic situation, such behavior still exists. Lack of respect and empathy for others. And sad this reality is noted that all the lives lost by covid19 has not changed the way of thinking of human beings. It is sad to see the direction our country is heading.

Preciso marca consultas para passar com o médico, fui até o posto de saúde, disseram que eu tinha que ligar lá para agendar, eu ligo a atendente atende mais não dis nada, fica falando ou outras pessoas e não me responde!!! É um absurdo isso, muita falta de impatia pelas pessoas!!
HORRIBLE service!!! I need to make appointments to go with the doctor, I went to the health center, they said I had to call there to schedule, I call the attendant but he doesn't say anything, he keeps talking or other people and doesn't answer me!!! This is absurd, a lot of lack of sympathy for people!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar é bem complicado de lidar com algumas pessoas que trabalham lá. Falta de respeito e consideração é o que mais pesa nessa UBS. Pessoas muita velhas trabalhando com má vontade que contaminam as novas. Muita falta de empatia e profissionalismo da parte de algumas pessoas do balcão e algas enfermeiras e auxiliares.
This place is quite complicated to deal with some of the people who work there. Lack of respect and consideration is what weighs most in this UBS. Very old people working with ill will that contaminate the new ones. A lot of lack of empathy and professionalism on the part of some people at the counter and seaweed nurses and assistants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha, a reforma deveria ser feita tbem em quem trabalha nessa UBS. Um total descaso e desrespeito com as pessoas. Prefeito, uma sugestão. Coloca uma pessoa de sua confiança para visitar, disfarçado de paciente...serão relatos de terror!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só vou no posto em caso de extrema necessidade. O atendimento é ruim por parte de todos. O que salva é uma única enfermeira que me atendeu recentemente do qual não sei o nome, e não foi a oitava maravilha do mundo. É super lotado, a recepção não sabe passar uma informação correta e quando ligamos no telefone parece que estamos incomodando. Recentemente minha mãe foi direcionada para realizar um exame, que informaram que seria realizado no PS do Jd d' abril. Minha mãe compareceu lá, e falaram que a informação estava incorreta. Pediram para se direcionar a UBS do Jd d' abril onde novamente informaram que não seria lá. Conclusão tive que ligar em vários lugares para adivinhar onde seria o atendimento e por fim era na policlínica da extinta Rua da Saudade. Estou com um encaminhamento com urgência para acompanhamento com endocrinologista, e estou aguardando contato da secretaria da saúde. Aqui em Osasco você não precisa escolher o lugar para ser atendido, você precisa escolher o lugar para ser enterrado porque se depender da saúde pública ofertada, sinto muito mas é mais fácil morrer que ser atendido.
I only go to the clinic in case of extreme need. The service is bad on everyone's part. What saves me is a single nurse who attended me recently whose name I don't know, and it wasn't the eighth wonder of the world. It's super crowded, the reception doesn't know how to give correct information and when we call the phone it seems like we're bothering. Recently my mother was directed to undergo an exam, which they informed that it would be carried out in the PS do Jd d' Abril. My mother went there, and they said the information was incorrect. They asked to go to UBS in Jd d' Abril where they again informed that it wouldn't be there. Conclusion I had to call in several places to guess where the service would be and finally it was the polyclinic on the extinct Rua da Saudade. I have an urgent referral for follow-up with an endocrinologist, and I am waiting for contact from the health department. Here in Osasco you don't need to choose the place to be cared for, you need to choose the place to be buried because if it depends on the public health offered, I'm sorry but it's easier to die than to be cared for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho Otávio estava com machucado muito infeccionado levei em hospital particular mas não resolveu, o empenho da Egenice , firmeza da Japonesa e sua equipe ao cuidar todos os dias do meu filho fizeram que seu machucado fechasse e nós ficamos com coração leve! O posto melhorou e muito seu atendimento geral tenho frequentando quase diariamente e presto muita atenção ? Parabéns a todos funcionários ?
My son Otávio had a very infected wound, I took him to a private hospital but it didn't solve it, Egenice's commitment, Japanese firmness and her team in taking care of my son every day made his wound close and we were lighthearted! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de um dentista urgente e passei na Ubs, só tenho agradecer todos que me atenderam, em especial a Erminea, Paulo e a Dra Maristela (dentista) um amor de pessoa, resolveu meu problema, pois estava sofrendo com a dor. O atendimento na UBS melhorou muito, antes você ia lá e saia com raiva, agora você sai com o problema resolvido. Gratidão
I needed an urgent dentist and I went to Ubs, I just have to thank everyone who attended me, especially Erminea, Paulo and Dr Maristela (dentist) a love of person, solved my problem, because I was suffering with pain. The service at the UBS has improved a lot, before you went there and left angry, now you leave with the problem resolved. Gratitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com sintomas de covid/ gripe, não sei o que é, mais fui nessa ubs para perguntar se estão fazendo teste para covid, e a moça da recepção uma loira de óculos me disse que só estão fazendo em pessoas de risco.
Como assim minha gente???
Perguntei se ela sabia aonde eu poderia fazer, e a mesma disse que não sabia.
Uma falta de vontade do caramba.
Pelo visto só a reforma ficou boa, porque o atendimento só por Deus.
Precisam reformar o quadro de funcionários também viu.
