★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns servidores desta UBS, como a Márcia, no atendimento ao cidadão são uns grosseiros, mal educados e mal humorados. Deveriam ser exonerados a bem do serviço público! Depois, diante da médica Dra. Fernanda, fica um doce, educadissima. Nem parece a dinossaura que me atendeu. Esses servidores não estão fazendo favor para a população e sim ganhando com ela. Deveriam tratar melhor as pessoas. Isso é uma obrigação. Nem preciso dizer que detestei o atendimento.
 Some servers at this UBS, like Márcia, in customer service are rude, ill-mannered and bad-tempered. They should be exonerated for the sake of public service! Then, in front of the doctor Dr. Fernanda, she is very sweet, very polite. It doesn't even look like the dinosaur that answered me. These servers are not doing favors for the population, but earning from it. They should treat people better. This is a must. Needless to say, I hated the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negaram-me a vacinação de reforço neste momento , pela diferença de 9 horas, repito , nove horas para completar os 4 meses. Amanhã viajo as 6 da manhã, não tem UBS aberta neste horário Vou visitar meus pais idosos sem a vacina, por causa de 9 horas, e a hipocrisia vem agora, muita gente vacinando com xepa! vou deixar registrado, caso amanhã não possa viajar, devido ao guarda grosseiro da Porta da UBS de hoje... Não é a primeira vez que o guarda da UBS é grosso , inclusive com idosos com Comorbidades, sofrendo em filas embaixo de chuva ou sol... UM horror

It's not the first time that the UBS guard is rude, including elderly people with comorbidities, suffering in lines under rain or sun ... Horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A infraestrutura do posto é péssima. O guarda é super grosseiro, não tem uma vez que eu vou nesse posto que sou bem atendida. Não fazem o teste rápido de influenza e o teste de COVID demora mais de uma semana pra sair o resultado. Procurem outro posto, não recomendo esse nem pra tomar vacina.
The infrastructure of the post is terrible. The guard is super rude, there's not a single time I go to this post that I'm well attended to. They don't do the quick flu test and the COVID test takes more than a week to get the result. Look for another post, I don't recommend this one, not even for vaccinations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabando de sair do posto, colocam que está sem filas para vacinar, mas mesmo sem fila ficamos 50 minutos no sem fila.
Funcionários ríspidos, filometro certo, mas o que adianta se não chamam. Lamentável.
O posto é grande, mas mal gerenciado, mal supervisionado. As placas de orientação mal feitas. Atendimento grosseiro, funcionários conversando alto, com brincadeiras inadequadas enquanto a população não entendia porque tinha que esperar tanto tempo para ser atendido, já que não tinha fila.
After leaving the post, they say that there is no queue to vaccinate, but even without a queue, we spent 50 minutes in the queue.
Rusty employees, accurate philometer, but what's the point if they don't call. Unfortunate.
The post is large, but poorly managed, poorly supervised. Badly made signposts. Rude service, employees talking loudly, with inappropriate jokes while the population did not understand why they had to wait so long to be served, since there was no queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui levar minhas filha e neta para vacinar. Fui muitíssimo bem atendido por Dona Lívia. Faltava um documento de minha neta , através do cartão do Sus Dona Lívia procurou achou e voltaram ambas vacinadas. Lamentavelmente, a atendente anterior,cujo nome nome não consegui levantar,foi ríspida,estúpida,mal humorada e me deixou falando sozinho literalmente.Para meu alivio ,Dona Livia com educação,dedicação e suavidade resolveu tranquilamente a questão . Muito,muito obrigado Livia.
I went to take my daughter and granddaughter to be vaccinated. I was very well assisted by Dona Lívia. There was a missing document from my granddaughter, through the card of the Sus Dona Lívia, she looked for it and they both returned vaccinated. Unfortunately, the previous attendant, whose name I couldn't bring up, was harsh, stupid, grumpy and left me talking to myself literally. Thank you very much Livia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes do início da vacinação da COVID tomei todas as vacinas como gestante nesta UBS. As pessoas que me atenderam sempre foram claras, atenciosas e rápidas, não tenho do que reclamar. Concordo que o local seria muito melhor se fosse maior, com local adequado para espera, sinalização e melhorias de infraestrutura, o que é um problema geral das UBSs. Minha filha toma as vacinas lá desde recém nascida, e sempre fizeram todo o procedimento de mostrar a vacina para conferência, com muita paciência. Já tive que ligar para verificarem se tinha uma vacina e me atenderam bem. Só peguei fila longa quando fui tomar o reforço da COVID.

The people who attended to me were always clear, attentive and fast, I have nothing to complain about. I agree that the place would be much better if it were bigger, with adequate place for waiting, signage and infrastructure improvements, which is a general problem of UBSs. My daughter has been vaccinated there since she was just born, and they always did the whole procedure of showing the vaccine to the conference, with a lot of patience. I already had to call to check if I had a vaccine and they served me well. I only got in a long line when I went to take the COVID booster.

Alguns profissionais se esforçam pra fazer o pior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a positive experience. I wasn't expecting much considering this was a public health center but I was surprised. The line moved quickly they seemed organized, most employees seemed friendly, though I don't speak Portuguese so I'm not sure what was said ;). Thank you Brazil for my vaccination!
