★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO! Acredito que seja o pior órgão da UFC. Algo que deveria ser tranquilo, se torna extremamente dificultoso por causa da má gestão dos responsáveis. É tanta burocracia que parece que as pessoas não querem trabalhar lá. Estão realizando agendamento para enviar e-mail. Algo ridículo, a pessoa pode só abrir a caixa de e-mails e olhar um por um dos enviados. Mas assim seria muito fácil para os alunos não é mesmo? Vamos aqui só abrir alguns e-mails por dia porque temos preguiça de trabalhar. Além disso, o agendamento para enviar e-mail (reforçando aqui novamente o quanto isso é ridículo) não está funcionando. Todos os horários aparecem como indisponível.
 TERRIBLE! I believe it is the worst organ in the UFC. Something that should be calm, becomes extremely difficult because of the poor management of those responsible. There is so much bureaucracy that it seems that people do not want to work there. Are scheduling to send email. Something ridiculous, the person can just open the email box and look one by one of the sent ones. But that would be very easy for students, wouldn't it? Let's just open a few emails a day because we are too lazy to work. In addition, the schedule to send email (reinforcing here how ridiculous this is) is not working. All times appear as unavailable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel!!! Horrivel!!. Infelizmente um orgão que deveria ajudar os estudantes faz o completo oposto e torna-se um grande impecílio para o ingresso dos estudantes no mercado de trabalho.
Meu caso: tentei fazer o envio da documentação exigida. Percebi que havia uma pendência e, conforme o informado, fui solicitar o cancelamento do agendamento ainda dentro do horário estipulado. No momento que acessei o sigaa o site não carregava de jeito nenhum talvez por problema do próprio site ou mesmo a minha internet. Resultado: terei de aguardar 1 SEMANA para tentar fazer o envio novamente como penalidade por não ter conseguido cancelar o agendamento. E corro risco de perder o estágio, pois a empresa tem pressa no processo.
Penalizar o estudante que já é penalizado muitas vezes, por não ter condição financeira estável, penalizado por um processo seletivo muito concorrido que força os limites da saúde mental, e fora todas condições que causam a desigualdade no pais.
Muito obrigado agência de estágios da ufc que grande ideia inteligente essa de penalização. Com certeza há inúmeras formas de evitar o agendamento indevido. Mas escolhem a menos inteligente. Simplesmente parabéns pela capacidade. Obrigado!!
Horrible!!! Horrible!!. Unfortunately, an organization that should help students does the complete opposite and becomes a major obstacle for students entering the job market.
My case: I tried to send the required documentation. I realized that there was a pending issue and, as informed, I went to request the cancellation of the appointment still within the stipulated time. The moment I accessed the website, it did not load at all, perhaps due to the problem of the site itself or even my internet. Result: I will have to wait 1 WEEK to try sending again as a penalty for not being able to cancel the schedule. And I run the risk of losing my internship, as the company is in a hurry in the process.
Penalize the student who is already penalized many times, for not having a stable financial condition, penalized by a very competitive selection process that forces the limits of mental health, and outside all conditions that cause inequality in the country.
Thank you very much ufc internship agency what a great smart idea of this penalty. There are certainly countless ways to avoid undue scheduling. But they choose the less intelligent. Simply congratulations on your ability. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consegui agendar (o que já é um milagre) e não fui atendida! Ao questionar isso via email, eles responderam que não mandei o email com a documentação. Provei a eles que tinha mandado o email no dia e horário certos, e nunca mais responderam! Resultado: 4 dias sem poder agendar novamente, sendo que eu mandei a documentação. Estou sendo penalizada por um erro que nem foi meu!
I managed to make an appointment (which is already a miracle) and I was not answered! When questioning this via email, they replied that I did not email the documentation. I proved to them that I had sent the email on the right day and time, and they never replied! Result: 4 days without being able to re-schedule, and I sent the documentation. Extremamente formalista no que deveria ser o exercício de suas competências. Primam pela forma em detrimento da funcionalidade dos requerimentos e documentos pleiteados. Sinceramente, da forma como tem funcionado, é um desperdício de dinheiro público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificulta a vida do aluno em vários aspectos. Sempre teve um péssimo atendimento, com inúmeras barreiras e profissionais antipáticos, mas depois da pandemia conseguiram piorar. Se você entra no sigaa um minutos depois da hora que abrem as vagas, já não tem mais disponibilidade pra você. Eles agem como se a UFC tivesse 50 alunos no total. Péssimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a Divisão dentro da Universidade que deveria auxiliar os alunos na inserção do mercado de trabalho faz exatamente o oposto. Realização de agendamento prévio para envio de documento é extremamente mal feita e o contato com eles é praticamente impossível.
