★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cilada!! Demorou 4 meses para realizar um concerto simples no meu carro!! Entreguei o carro em uma oficina e a mesma recusou o serviço pq a seguradora ñ entrava em contato com eles!! Assim foi pra outra oficina entrar em lista de espera para poder arrumar meu carro!! Além do descaso e enrolação dos funcionarios que te enrolam pelo telefone isso quando te atendem!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já haviam me falado do serviço de péssima qualidade da Ultrabrasil, mas não acreditei.
Fui cair na real quando a seguradora deixou de fazer repasses a empresa de rastreamento e a mesma foi na empresa onde trabalho exigindo a retirada do rastreador. Liguei pra Ultra Brasil várias vezes para obter informações pois nunca deixei de pagar as mensalidades em dia, e acontece isso comigo. Liguei mais de 40 vezes sem nenhum sucesso!!! Ninguém atendeu ... absurdo. Se depender de mim ninguém da minha família faz seguro de carro nesta empresa.

I called Ultra Brasil several times to get information because I never stopped paying monthly fees on time, and this happens to me. I called more than 40 times without any success !!! No one answered ... absurd. If it depends on me, nobody in my family takes out car insurance at this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudando minha avaliação a partir do momento em que eu precisei acionar a proteção. Você não tem o devido atendimento cordial, empresa completamente enrolada, eu acionei a proteção no dia 13 de dezembro de 2018 e até hoje tentando resolver problemas junto a associação. Não atendem, dizem não estar na empresa, alegam que estão resolvendo mas isso não procede. Informações desencontradas, falta de centralização para devidos atendimentos, um empurra para o outro e ninguém resolve nada! Não arrumaram o carro do terceiro ao qual houve a colisão, foi necessário um acordo entre eles 2 meses após e nem sei como ficou. Fui bloqueado em suas redes sociais mesmo sendo associado pagando minhas prestações em dia até o presente momento, pois ainda tenho pendências por isso não sai ainda. Empresa sem credibilidade, omissa e não cumpre com o que promete e oferece. Se pudesse a nota aí seria zero. Fiquem atentos.
Obs: desde dezembro tive problemas e até hoje nem pagar a oficina que prestou o serviço em meu veículo recebeu pelo trabalho que vem sendo realizado, eles foram super transparentes comigo mas a ASSOCIAÇÃO ULTRA BRASIL NÃO.

They do not answer, they say they are not in the company, they claim that they are solving but this is not appropriate. Information mismatch, lack of centralization for due care, one pushes to the other and nobody solves anything! They did not rearrange the third car to which the collision occurred, they needed an agreement between them 2 months later and I do not know how it was. I was blocked in their social networks even being associated paying my installments up to the present moment, as I still have pending so it does not leave yet. Company without credibility, omission and does not comply with what promises and offers. If I could, the note would be zero. Stay tuned.
Note: since December I have had problems and even today I have not paid the workshop that provided the service in my vehicle received for the work that has been carried out, they were super transparent with me but the ULTRA BRAZIL ASSOCIATION NOT.
