★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato para pedir um orçamento, antes que eu pudesse falar qualquer coisa a atendente Andressa nem sequer ouviu do que se tratava, me interrompeu e foi passando e-mail da empresa, e nem conversou e desligou. Perdi tempo elaborando um e-mail para ela me responder que não trabalhava com os produtos, uma coisa que poderia ter sido resolvido rapidamente no telefone se ela tivesse se interessado em pelo menos ouvir o que eu iria dizer.
I got in touch to ask for a quote, before I could say anything, the attendant Andressa didn't even hear what it was about, she interrupted me and went through the company's e-mail, and didn't even talk and hung up. I wasted time putting together an email for her to reply that she didn't work with the products, something that could have been resolved quickly over the phone if she'd been interested in even hearing what I was going to say.

Ao que respondi que sim, ela me pediu para anotar o e-mail. Questionei se não poderia resolver rapidamente pelo telefone, ao que ela disse um simples e direto: "Não". Agradeci e desliguei o telefone na hora, pois pensei que se o atendimento inicial para venda é esse, imagine se virar cliente... Aí para minha surpresa, vi uma avaliação de uma outra pessoa aqui no Google com a exata mesma situação. Tem toda cara de que essa Andressa tá querendo ser mandada embora. Os donos que abram o olho, pois vão perder muitos negócios por isso.

I asked if I could solve it quickly over the phone, to which she said a simple and direct: "No". I thanked him and hung up the phone immediately, because I thought that if this is the initial service for sales, imagine becoming a customer... Then, to my surprise, I saw a review from another person here on Google with the exact same situation. There's every face that this Andressa wants to be sent away. Owners open their eyes, as they will lose a lot of business for this.
