★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível!! Comprei uma caixa de máscara descartável preta .. e veio tudo machado de branco .Foi reclamar a gerente me falou que não era preta e sim cinza . E não tinha nada na caixa que fala que era cinza .... A atendente que me me vendo sendo preta .. Horrível ?
My experience was horrible!! I bought a black disposable mask box .. and everything came with a white ax . I went to complain and the manager told me that it was not black but gray . And there was nothing in the box that says it was gray .... The attendant who sees me being black .. Horrible ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei no rappi, os incompetentes dessa farmácia deixaram o motoboy esperando 1h e eu também. No fim tive que cancelar, não conseguiram atender um pedido SIMPLES. FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE E COM O TRABALHADOR, RIDÍCULOS.
I bought it at rappi, the incompetents at this pharmacy left the motoboy waiting for 1 hour and so did I. In the end I had to cancel, they couldn't fulfill a SIMPLE order. LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER AND THE WORKER, RIDICULOUS.

Em especial quero deixar aqui um elogio para o farmacêutico Cleber, pelo suporte e atenção que tive em todas vezes que nos atendeu, uma pessoa super humana, traz confiança total, faz uma aplicação super técnica, onde todo lugar que fui aplicar era dolorido, e com ele totalmente diferenciado, não senti nada, fora todos esclarecimentos e orientações, ele tem toda paciência comigo e com minha esposa, orientando sendo focado em ajudar. Inclusive a tima vez que nos atendeu, em uma troca de um inalador que compramos lá, que supostamente não estava funcionando, ele fez questão de testar comigo na sala separada de aplicação, me dando todo suporte, onde esclarecido a dúvida, que o inalador estava funcionando normalmente. Naquele momento de pós venda, me ganhou total confiança, e inclusive fez eu postar esse elogio aqui, Ultrafarma Paulista é 10.

Even the last time he attended to us, in an exchange of an inhaler that we bought there, which was supposedly not working, he insisted on testing it with me in the separate application room, giving me all the support, where he clarified the doubt, that the inhaler was operating normally. At that post-sales moment, I gained total confidence, and even made me post this compliment here, Ultrafarma Paulista is 10.
