★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pelo telefone para entregarem as 18h, vieram me entregar as 20h e ainda com o medicamento errado, liguei para trocarem, o atendente (cujo não preciso citar nome) perguntou se não iria por lá amanhã, expliquei que testei positivo para o Covid, e ele não fez a mínima questão e não trocou o medicamento, que acabei comprando e pedindo para entregarem de outro lugar. Atendimento péssimo, primeira e última vez que compro neste lugar.
I made a purchase over the phone to be delivered at 6 pm, they came to deliver me at 8 pm and still with the wrong medication, I called to exchange, the attendant (whose name I don't need to mention) asked if I wouldn't go there tomorrow, I explained that I tested positive for Covid , and he didn't make the slightest issue and didn't change the medication, which I ended up buying and asking them to deliver from another place. Terrible service, first and last time I shop at this place.
