★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi um atendimento tão ruim, geralmente tem um atendente ou outro que são ruins, mas nessa concessionária chega a ser surreal, o mau atendimento vem do Gerente para os atendentes.
Compramos 100 Stradas uma delas deu problema no ar condicionado, um simples tubo do ar condicionado estava furado(problema esse que pode acontecer o carro ficou parado por 22 dias e não resolveram, levei em um terceirizado da cidade que fez o reparo em UM DIA.
O chefe de oficia Elder atendimento péssimo.
I've never seen such a bad service, usually there are one attendant or another who are bad, but at this dealership it's surreal, the bad service comes from the Manager to the attendants.
We bought 100 Stradas, one of them had a problem with the air conditioning, a simple air conditioning tube was punctured (a problem that can happen, the car was stopped for 22 days and they didn't solve it, I took it to a third party in the city who did the repair in ONE DAY.
The Chief of Officer Elder attendance lousy.

Foi feito o orçamento das peça que meu carro precisava e somente as 18h vieram me avisar que a loja nao tinha umas das peças na qual necessitava, realmente um transtorno para mim como cliente.
Terrible service I made an appointment for 14:30, when I went to be seen it was more than 15 hours. The budget for the parts my car needed was made and only at 6 pm they came to let me know that the store didn't have one of the parts I needed, really an inconvenience for me as a customer.
