★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente, bons carros. O app não ajuda, diz que está fechado aos sábados. Ruim pq sou obrigada a comprar tanque cheio na locação e, definitivamente, o uso do combustível não é o real se comparado quando enchemos depois!!
 The service is excellent, good cars. The app doesn't help, it says it's closed on Saturdays. Bad because I have to buy a full tank at the rental and, definitely, the use of fuel is not the real one compared to when we fill up later!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a reserva no app e no dia seguinte fui buscar o carro, chegando lá tive que ter meus dados enviados para uma análise, depois de quase 30 minutos atendente me responde que não fui aprovado na análise, perguntei o motivo e ela me disse que só constava que não tinha sido aprovado. Ficou por isso, tive que locar o carro as pressas em outra locadora.
I made the reservation in the app and the next day I went to get the car, arriving there I had to have my data sent for an analysis, after almost 30 minutes the attendant replied that I did not pass the analysis, I asked the reason and she told me that only it was said that it had not been approved. That's why I had to rent the car in a hurry at another rental company.

Na próxima irei locar com outra cia de locação.

Terrible, there is never anyone at the booth in Parauapebas, after 1 hour of waiting, today there is no one again.
Next time I will rent with another rental company.
