Romperam o meu cabo de Internet (que não é de voces) para usar de sonda para instalação de vocês. Um absurdo. Tremenda falta de respeito. Minha prestadora de serviço teve que repassar todo cabeamento novamente!
 I am not a contractor for this provider and I was harmed by the TERRIBLE and dishonest installation service of yours. They broke my Internet cable (which is not yours) to use as a probe for your installation. An absurdity. Terrible lack of respect. My service provider had to re-route all the cabling!

Nunca tive problema de falta de sinal, e quando precisam fazer manutenção na rede sempre avisam com antecedência. Além disso, o atendimento deles é muito cordial e simpático. Recomendo pra todo mundo que conheço aqui no Barreiro, porque eles são sim a melhor da região: preço que cabe no bolso, velocidade altíssima, ótimo atendimento e ainda dão desconto se você paga a fatura antes do vencimento! Queria ter conhecido a UNE antes, viu?! Teriam me poupado muita dor de cabeça rsrs
I hired UNE in March 2021, after several problems with another internet operator, and I don't regret the switch. I've never had a problem with a lack of signal, and when they need to do maintenance on the network, they always let me know in advance. In addition, their service is very cordial and friendly. I recommend it to everyone I know here in Barreiro, because they are the best in the region: price that fits in your pocket, very high speed, great service and even give a discount if you pay the bill before the due date! I wish I had known UNE before, ok?! They would have saved me a lot of headaches lol
