★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários acham que você está disponível todos os dias e não faz mais nada na vida...marcam todas as tomografias no mesmo horário e deixam um monte de gente esperando, sem contar que no horário que os exames estão marcados o médico ainda nem chegou!
É o retrato do hospital público que vemos na televisão....como tudo neste país você só tem deveres, aqui é mais um lugar que jogam os seus direitos no lixo!
The employees think that you are available every day and do nothing else in life... they schedule all the scans at the same time and keep a lot of people waiting, not to mention that when the exams are scheduled the doctor hasn't even arrived yet !
It's the picture of the public hospital that we see on television... like everything else in this country, you only have duties, here is one more place where your rights are thrown away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da última vez que fui, peguei uma médica que não estava muito boa com a vida, ela sabia que não posso caminhar muito por causa de uma trombose que tive, Qdo passei pela primeira vez foi uma beleza, médicos pra lá de atenciosos, mas parece que as coisas mudaram por lá, agora nos tratam como se fossemos lá pedir esmolas, por isso tirei todas as estrelas, só deixei uma para simplificar e dizer que estão deixando a desejar, atendimento péssimo, em uma clínica veterinária acho que seria melhor atendido.
PS: Agora a próxima consulta só daqui a um ano, que especie de hospital e esse? Se eu tiver problemas até a próxima consulta vou ter que ir até uma unidade UBS e pedir para ser levado para a Unesp? Sendo que só faço tratamento por lá, o diretor da UNESP Acho que nem sabe onde fica o cadarço de seu sapato e muito menos o que está acontecendo no hospital.
The last time I went, I took a doctor who was not very good with life, she knew I can't walk very far because of a thrombosis I had, when I went through it for the first time it was beautiful, doctors are very attentive, but it seems things have changed there, now they treat us as if we were going there to beg, that's why I took all the stars, I only left one to simplify and say that they are lacking, terrible service, in a veterinary clinic I think it would be better attended.
PS: Now the next appointment will only be a year from now, what kind of hospital is this one? If I have problems until the next appointment, will I have to go to a UBS unit and ask to be taken to Unesp? Since I only do treatment there, the director of UNESP I think he doesn't even know where his shoelace is, let alone what's happening at the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Eles acham que somos idiotas mesmos!!! Falam que respondem o e-mail de agendamento e nunca respondem. Quando ligo para agendar atendem o telefone e desligam sem se quer dar um parecer. Espero que quando os funcionários que atendem esses telefones precisarem, eles consigam agendar suas consultas!!
Um descaso total com quem precisa!!!
Terrible attendance. They think we are idiots!!! They say they answer the appointment email and never do. When I call to schedule, they answer the phone and hang up without giving an opinion. I hope that when the employees who answer these phones need it, they will be able to schedule their appointments!!
A total disregard for those who need it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 9/12/2021 no fim da tarde, minha filha, aluna da Unesp Botucatu, precisou de atendimento urgente pois sofreu um acidente sério no olho. Ocorre que dentro do hospital, que fica no campus universitário não tinha um médico sequer para atendê-la. Dada a gravidade e por ser no olho, por precaução, tivemos que ir para São Paulo, pois após quase 3 horas de espera o atendente não sabia dizer o que estava acontecendo. Pelo menos achávamos que teríamos um bom médico ali de plantão. Que inocência a nossa! Que ironia não ter nenhum médico para atender minha filha dentro de um campus universitário de medicina! Dececpionante o descaso desse que deveria estar no plantão e não estava. Até quando essa falta de importância para as pessoas? Péssima gestão! Pobres moradores dessa cidade, abandonados à sorte com esse único lugar para serem atendidos, de acordo com a vontade do médico em ir ou não trabalhar.
Espero que dê tempo de salvar a visão de minha filha. O responsável será julgado antes, pelo próprio Deus.
Today, 12/9/2021 at the end of the afternoon, my daughter, a student at Unesp Botucatu, needed urgent care because she suffered a serious accident in her eye. It turns out that inside the hospital, which is on the university campus, there was not even a doctor to attend to her. Given the seriousness and the fact that it was in the eye, as a precaution, we had to go to São Paulo, because after almost 3 hours of waiting, the attendant could not tell what was happening. At least we thought we would have a good doctor there. What innocence we are! How ironic that I have no doctor to attend to my daughter on a medical university campus! Disappointing the indifference of the one who should have been on duty and wasn't. Until when is this lack of importance for people? Bad management! Poor residents of this city, left to fend for themselves with this one place to be taken care of, according to the doctor's willingness to go or not to work.
I hope it gives me time to save my daughter's eyesight. The responsible will be judged before, by God Himself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento para emergências. Se estiver passando mal com dores abdominais, vão te dar uma senha e pedir para aguardar a triagem junto com todos os demais. Descaso total com a população.
Bad service for emergencies. If you're feeling sick with abdominal pain, they'll give you a password and ask you to wait for screening along with everyone else. Total disregard for the population.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital lixo deixaram uma idosa sozinha não dão informações sobre estado de saúde nem nada, descaso total com paciente idoso não pode fica acompanhante atendentes mal educados dizem que não podem fazer nada não é parente deles todos dizem mesma coisa vou entrar com processo negligência danos morais. Não querem trabalhar só ganhar dinheiro sem fazer nada ! Sem exceção !!! Sou a favor de baixo assinado pra fechar hospital só negligência e omissão de socorro !!!!
Garbage hospital left an elderly woman alone, they don't give information about her health status or anything, total disregard for the elderly patient can't be a companion rude attendants say they can't do anything it's not a relative of them everyone says the same thing I'm going to file a negligence lawsuit moral damages. They don't want to work just make money without doing anything! No exception !!! I'm in favor of the undersigned to close the hospital only negligence and failure to help!!!!
