Acho Apenas q deveriam ter recepcionista aos fins de semana, muitas vezes as meninas tiveram q parar o atendimento para incluir cliente na lista ou atender o telefone
Great service from the manicures, my nail was perfect and super natural. I loved it and will return to the place. I highly recommend Larissa ❤️
I just think they should have a receptionist on weekends, many times the girls had to stop the service to include a client on the list or answer the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior salão que já fui! Não recomendo!! Uma das meninas cortou o dedo do meu pé quase na altura da falange (super longe da cutícula). No outro pé, cortou em mais de um lugar, ficou doendo por 2 dias, a esmaltação da mão totalmente desleixada. Tinha comprado um pacote de mão e pé e me arrependi amargamente. Há dias estou tentando o reembolso dos serviços que sobraram e Ninguém me dá uma satisfação. A pior experiência da minha vida, sinceramente.
Worst salon I've ever been to! I do not recommend!! One of the girls cut my toe almost at the height of the phalanx (super far from the cuticle). On the other foot, it cut in more than one place, it hurt for 2 days, the enamel on the hand was totally sloppy. I had bought a hand and foot package and regretted it bitterly. I've been trying to get a refund for the remaining services for days and nobody gives me an answer. The worst experience of my life, honestly.

Sempre que haviam empecilhos, mesmo que mínimos, eram super solicitas e preocupadas em saná-los! o que particularmente acho um diferencial da loja, tendo em vista da raridade de estabelecimentos se disponibilizarem a solucionar os problemas ou dúvidas de clientes. Excellent experience in absolutely every procedure I did at the establishment!! Whenever there were obstacles, even if minimal, they were super requested and worried about solving them! which I particularly think is a differential of the store, given the rarity of establishments available to solve customer problems or questions. I highly recommend! An exceptional and quality service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!!! Não agendam horário, pedem pra vc chegar meia hora antes e enviar mensagem. Aí dizem que não vão te atender pq não tem funcionário e tem cliente agendado (???). Extrema falta de respeito, perdi meu tempo, meu dinheiro e fiquei sem atendimento. Não recomendo!!!
Horrible!!! They don't schedule time, they ask you to arrive half an hour early and send a message. Then they say they won't serve you because there's no employee and there's a client scheduled (???). Extreme lack of respect, I wasted my time, my money and was left unattended. I do not recommend!!!
