★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O depósito União o atendimento no momento e bom mas quando se trata do respeito ao agendamento e a organização deixa a desejar fiz uma compra na terça pra entregar no dia seguinte aí passou pra quinta aí foi pra sexta aí pensei que ia na segunda feira e eu esperando e nada do material um vendedor chamado Robert me ligou na segunda feira falando que o meu material já estava a caminho eu respondi eu estou esperando desde a semana passada, o vendedor me ligou as 9:00 horas deu 10:00 horas eu liguei pra saber se já estava a caminho aí ninguém do depois atendia o telefone mas pensei que tia acontecido alguma coisa no depósito e nada do material, então fui no depósito as 11:30 tinha caminhão parado e aí fiquei desconfortável pedir o meu dinheiro de volta aí veio a Ana deve ser a dona aí ela disse tenho um caminhão aqui eu mando agora eu disse pra ela desde da semana passada estou esperando e até agora nada a senhor hein grata me devolveu o dinheiro e comprei em outro depósito Surita me entregaram no dia seguinte tem depósito q tem organização outro depósito continua no antigo se deu pra hoje vai se não manda quando der que pena depósito União de união não tem nada!

Ana must be the owner then she said I have a truck here I send it now I told her since last week I've been waiting and nothing so far Mister huh gratefully gave me back the money and bought it in another warehouse Surita enter me garam the next day there is a deposit that is organized another deposit remains in the old one it was for today go if you don't send it when the penalty deposit Union union has nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente essa empresa não tem comprometimento nenhum com os clientes no tocante às entregas. Eles querem vender, dizem que vão entregar o produto na data combinada mas NÃO cumprem. Ligam dizendo que o caninhão quebrou. Geralmente compro lá quando não tenho pressa do produto. Ainda assim sempre ligam dizendo que o caminhão quebrou e não entregam em tempo hábil.Na última 6a. feira fiz uma compra e fiz com que o funcionário, a dona e a caixa me garantissem a entrega para sábado cedo, ontem, pois o pedreiro iria colocar os azulejos que comprei, no final de semana. Adivinhem....ligaram para o pedreiro dizendo que o caminhão quebrou. Ora, que pagassem um carreto. O imóvel fica apenas alguns quarteirões do Depósito União.
Unfortunately this company has no commitment to customers regarding deliveries. They want to sell, say they will deliver the product on the agreed date, but they DO NOT comply. They call saying the cannon broke. I usually shop there when I'm not in a hurry for the product. Still they always call saying that the truck broke down and they don't deliver in a timely manner. I made a purchase at the fair and made the employee, the owner and the cashier guarantee me delivery for Saturday early, yesterday, because the mason would put the tiles I bought, on the weekend. Guess what....they called the mason saying that the truck broke down. Well, let them pay a cart. The property is just a few blocks from Depósito União.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passando pra agradecer a consideração pela entrega, disseram q iam entregar logo no primeiro horário da tarde, e até as 15:20 nada da entrega, fora que liguei aí e a moça falou q tem até as 17 horas pra fazer a entrega, na verdade paguei a diária de uma pessoa pra carregar a areia a toa, pois o horário dele era até às 17 tbm ...
