â â â â â Fiquei aguardando o tĂ©cnico por 3 dias consecutivos e eles nĂŁo apareceram. Depois de um tempo aguardando entrei em contato e eles davam uma desculpa para reagendar.
Na terceira vez desisti do serviço e cancelei. Por 3 dias fiquei até mais tarde no trabalho aguardando, e em um desses dias aguardei quase 1h. Não cumprem horårios e senti que o meu tempo não foi valorizado (só dar uma olhada que os comentårios negativos são referem-se ao mesmo).
 I was waiting for the technician for 3 consecutive days and they didn't show up. After waiting for a while I got in touch and they gave me an excuse to reschedule.
The third time I gave up the service and canceled it. For 3 days I stayed late at work waiting, and on one of those days I waited almost 1 hour. They don't meet schedules and I felt that my time was not valued (just have a look that the negative comments refer to the same).

Instalou um simples ar condicionado no meu apartamento, e apĂłs 1 semana, o ar apresentou problemas na instalação, como por exemplo congelamento no condensador. Ao entrar contato com a suposta empresa atravĂ©s de seu proprietĂĄrio, o mesmo agendou de retornar ao local e fiquei esperando o dia todo, e nem se quer deu uma satisfação. A conclusĂŁo, Ă© que este tipo de empresa como a "Campinas Ar Condicionado", investe em belas fotos e atĂ© um site bem apresentĂĄvel, mas o principal, que Ă© foco no cliente satisfação e qualidade ele NĂO oferece. A minha indicação de uma pessoa que trabalha com serviços e produtos para clientes no geral, foquem em empresas sĂ©rias e profissionais que respeitam e se preocupam com os clientes. Nota 0!

The conclusion is that this type of company, such as "Campinas Air Conditioning", invests in beautiful photos and even a very presentable website, but the main one, which is focus on customer satisfaction and quality, does NOT offer. My recommendation of a person who works with services and products for customers in general, focus on serious and professional companies that respect and care about customers. Note 0!

Deu um desconto de 50,00 .paguei 200,00 e a manutenção preventiva custa 250,00.
No dia anterior chegou antes do horĂĄrio marcado e saiu antes . Conforme print das conversas.
Ainda veio me desacate hoje. Vou fazer uma denĂșncia
