★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após várias pesquisas na internet em busca de uma faculdade para realizar no modelo EAD, estava muito propenso a optar pela Uniasselvi, porém me aconselharam a visitar o polo antes de decidir, em resumo após o atendimento que recebi no mesmo fiquei totalmente decepcionado e decidi não cursar neste local, perdi totalmente o encanto, primeiramente ao chegar na polo informei que gostaria de conhecer o polo e a atendente que me recebeu respondeu " tá não tem muito que conhecer " me levou até uma sala de aula e disse é isso, as 2 atendentes que me atenderam ( uma se disse ser responsável pelo comercial e a outra pelo pedagógico) não souberam me passar informações sobre o curso e sobre o método de ensino da faculdade no qual eram minhas maiores dúvidas, para mim ficou muito claro que com minhas pesquisas pela internet sabia mais informações sobre a faculdade que elas, aliás informaram que o curso iria iniciar dia 10 de fevereiro e que não tinham se quer conseguido contratar um tutor para dar aula para meu curso já que a minha opção era pela modalidade semi presencial (diferencial que me fez optar em primeiro lugar pela Uniasselvi) também realizaram minha pré matrícula sem minha autorização geraram um contrato de prestação de serviços etc... como se eu tivesse já iniciando o curso com eles, alegando que era necessário para que pudessem me passar mais informações sobre o curso, coisa que não ocorreu, enfim a universidade me parece ser ótima, porém o polo de Campinas na avenida Alberto Sarmento, não tem pessoas minimamente preparadas para representar está empresa, lamento muito ter que realizar meu curso em outro instituição, já que estava praticamente decidido a estudar na mesma devido as pesquisas positivas que obtive na internet.
After several searches on the internet in search of a college to carry out the distance learning model, I was very inclined to opt for Uniasselvi, but I was advised to visit the center before deciding, in summary after the service I received at it, I was totally disappointed and decided not to attending this place, I totally lost the charm, first when I arrived at the pole I informed that I would like to know the pole and the attendant who received me replied "ok, you don't have much to know" took me to a classroom and said this is it, at 2 attendants who attended me (one said to be responsible for the commercial and the other for the pedagogical one) did not know how to give me information about the course and the teaching method of the college in which they were my biggest doubts, for me it was very clear that with my research on the internet, they knew more information about the college than they did, in fact they informed that the course would start on February 10 and that they had not been successful against it. to have a tutor to teach my course since my option was for the semi-face-to-face modality (differential that made me choose Uniasselvi in the first place) they also performed my pre-enrollment without my authorization generated a service provision contract etc ... as if I had already started the course with them, claiming that it was necessary so that they could give me more information about the course, which did not happen, in short, the university seems to be great, but the Campinas campus on Avenida Alberto Sarmento, no there are people minimally prepared to represent this company, I am very sorry to have to take my course at another institution, since I was practically determined to study there due to the positive research I got on the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após muita dor de cabeça com o suporte da faculdade, resolvi cancelar a matrícula.
Finalizei 2 semestres no curso de nutrição em outra faculdade, buscando por outra universidade devido ao custo da anterior ter aumentado, resolvi ligar na Uniasselvi, onde fiz minha matrícula e me prometeram que eu ia cursar o 3º semestre, mas depois de questionar sobre as aulas, descobri que nem turma de 3º semestres tem aqui em Campinas, engoli isso a seco, e dei continuidade, afinal, já estava dentro desse Titanic.
Encaminhei todos os documentos de ementa das matérias já cursadas, para pelo menos eliminar elas e conseguir cursar algumas outras que tem na grade da Uniasselvi... Resultado? Nenhum!
Me enrolaram por 2 meses e meio e não resolveram nada. Jamais volto cursar nessa instituição novamente. Três meses pagando algo que não recebi e ainda 1 semestre inteiro de curso perdido.

I forwarded all the menu documents of the subjects already taken, to at least eliminate them and be able to attend some others that have in the Uniasselvi grid ... Result? None!
They screwed me up for 2 and a half months and didn't solve anything. I will never go back to study at that institution again. Three months paying for something I didn't receive and still 1 full semester of course lost.
