★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ensino não é dos piores e se tiver sorte pode-se encontrar bons funcionarios, mas você vai arcar sozinho com todos os problemas, atrasos, erros, confusões, incompetências, mudanças de cronogramas e datas de provas, "falhas no sistema" etc. E acredite, isso ocorre com muito mais freuqencia do que eu gostaria.
Problemas que em outras instituicoes sao resolvidos em 20 minutos demoram semanas e as vezes meses para serem tratados. Problemas ou duvidas simples como pedir uma declaracao tem de passar por uma interminavel e ineficiente burocracia. Nunca vi nada parecido em minha vida em nenhum tipo de empresa ou instituicao.
Teaching is not the worst and if you are lucky you can find good employees, but you will face all the problems, delays, errors, confusions, incompetences, changes in schedules and test dates, "system failures" etc. And believe me, this happens much more often than I would like.
Problems that in other institutions are solved in 20 minutes take weeks and sometimes months to be treated. Simple problems or doubts like asking for a declaration have to go through an endless and inefficient bureaucracy. I have never seen anything like it in my life in any type of company or institution.

There's a phone but they don't answer calls that get tired and no one answers, lack of professionalism. And that's during normal business hours.
