A internet é horrível, o atendimento péssimo, tempo de retorno péssimo.
De tempo em tempo tenho que ficar entrando em contato para exibir uma correção no serviço o qual eles não conseguem manter qualidade.
Unfortunately I have the displeasure (for lack of option) to have this company as a customer.
The internet is horrible, the service is terrible, the return time is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior internet de Jaboatão, quando eu entro em contato sempre informam que a conexão está normal, negam a dá suporte. Por esse motivo troquei de provedor. Indico a todos vocês a Fnet!! Já tenho a quase 1ano e nunca tive problema. Super recomendo!!!!
Worst internet in Jaboatão, when I get in touch they always inform me that the connection is normal, they deny support. For this reason I changed providers. I recommend you all Fnet !! I've been almost 1 year and never had a problem. Super recommend !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a mais de duas horas sem internet, ligo para todos os números da empresa e ninguém atende, números do contrato, site, whatsapp, parece que a empresa não existe, mas na hora de cobrar e forçar o cliente a mudar para planos mais caros pq o que vc assina vai deixar de existir, num instante aparece telefones, atendentes e suporte pra resolver problema
I am more than two hours without internet, I call all the company numbers and no one answers, contract numbers, website, whatsapp, it seems that the company does not exist, but when it comes time to charge and force the customer to switch to more expensive plans because what you sign will cease to exist, in an instant there will be phones, attendants and support to solve the problem

Estarei mudando para outro fornecedor, pois com a Connectnet toda semana "cai um poste", "problemas na fibra ótica", "manutenção programada" sem aviso prévio ao cliente.
Diz que o horário de atendimento é até as 22hs, mas a internet ja caiu de 21h40m e o suporte não atendeu.
Enfim... um lixo de serviço. Estão longe de serem considerados uma empresa de verdade.
Obs.: Principalmente para quem trabalha de home office, o serviço não é confiável!

I will be moving to another supplier, because with Connectnet every week "a pole falls", "fiber optic problems", "scheduled maintenance" without prior notice to the customer.
It says that the opening hours are until 10pm, but the internet has already dropped from 9.40pm and the support has not responded.
Anyway... a service rubbish. They are far from being considered a real company.
Note: Mainly for those who work from home office, the service is unreliable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para os outros serviços de internet que tem em Jaboatão Centro se destaca, porém não entrega o pacote contratado. Já falando do atendimento da loja física não tenho nenhuma reclamação fui muito bem atendido pela estagiária.
