★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou super satisfeito com a Unicesumar, sempre fui bem atendido, quando fui nos polos fiquei bem a vontade, os atendentes nos tratam com maior educação e sem contar que material didático é o melhor que conheço. Nota 10 !!!!
 I'm super satisfied with Unicesumar, I've always been well attended, when I went to the centers I was very comfortable, the attendants treat us with greater politeness and not to mention that teaching material is the best I know. Grade 10 !!!!

Mas qualquer coisa fora disso é dor de cabeça. Setor de estágio e qualquer coisa com relação a estágio só dá dor de cabeça. Não sabem orientar, tudo da forma mais complicada possível, se recusam a passar dados para o contrato. Complicado. Passam orientação de forma que parece que nem sabem do estão falando...
Transformam uma coisa que deveria ser simples numa situação chata e longa. Bem decepcionada.
Content and teaching material are good.
But anything outside of that is a headache. Internship sector and anything related to internship just gives you a headache. They don't know how to guide, everything in the most complicated way possible, they refuse to pass data on to the contract. Complicated. They give guidance in a way that they don't even seem to know what they're talking about...
They transform something that should be simple into a long and boring situation. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui uma aluna pontual na mensalidade e nas disciplinas, tive péssimo atendimento inclusive vou procurar resolver juridicamente não aceitarem meu atestado perdi uma prova e ele nao resolve meu problema. E eu estou desempregada perdendo uma oportunidade de emprego graças a faculdade. Então não indico não recomendo. Eles não pensa no aluno só neles mesmo e ainda mas são incoerentes vamos ver o que justiça determina deles não aceitar meu atestado
I've always been a punctual student in tuition and disciplines, I had terrible service, I'm even going to try to resolve it legally, they don't accept my certificate, I lost a test and it doesn't solve my problem. And I'm unemployed losing a job opportunity thanks to college. So I don't recommend, I don't recommend. They don't think about the student only about themselves and yet but they are incoherent let's see what justice determines them not to accept my certificate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unicesumar Nacional - Não indico, o atendimento desde do inicio sempre foi muito ruim. terminei meu curso esse ano e sempre que precisei de um suporte, tive problemas. Para deixar registrado hoje iniciei um atendimento via whats que foi das 12H até as 18H, entre eu perguntar e eles responderem e no final finaliza sem cordialidade e sem solução. Plataforma muito ruim de ensino. Realmente uma experiência lamentável. não indico!!!
Unicesumar Nacional - I do not recommend, the service from the beginning has always been very bad. I finished my course this year and whenever I needed support, I had problems. To record today I started a service via whats that went from 12 pm to 18 pm, between me asking and they answering and in the end it ends without cordiality and without solution. Very bad teaching platform. Really a regrettable experience. I don't recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Universidade falcatrua, contratei o quero bolsa com valor de 225,00 reais no primeiro mês já cobraram 349,00 cancelei o curso.
Agora ficam ligando todo dia me cobrando 1.400 reais não cursei um mês.
Universidade boa só quer o teu dinheiro, abre o olho.
Vou resolver isso na justiça.
Lamentável esse é o modelo das empresas brasileiras, só visão lucro.
Falcatrua University, I hired the want scholarship with a value of 225.00 reais in the first month they already charged 349.00 I canceled the course.
Now they keep calling every day charging me 1,400 reais I didn't take a month.
Good university just wants your money, open your eyes.
I'll settle this in court.
Unfortunately, this is the model of Brazilian companies, only for profit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei editar porque tive uma surpresa, ha cerca de 1 ano me matriculei em Contábeis e a RESPONSAVEL pelo Pólo me garantiu uma concessão de bolsa onde não haveria NENHUM reajuste até o final da Graduação! Nem mesmo os ja conhecidos anuais! Agora essa pessoa MENTIROSA SUMIU e não a ninguem que saiba responder por tal problema. Alguns prof são bons, algumas matérias sem coerência nenhuma com a graduação, PIOR de tudo! Não existe segunda chamada!! NUNCA visto nem nenhuma universidade. Aula ao vivo? Só para uma matéria as outras são so video! Não há tempo habil para resolução das provas, que abrem no primeiro dia de aula. Muitos conteudos em pouco tempo por trimestre.
I had to edit because I had a surprise, about 1 year ago I enrolled in Accounting and the RESPONSIBLE for the Pole guaranteed me a grant where there would be NO readjustment until the end of Graduation! Not even the well-known annuals! Now that LIAR person is GONE and not to anyone who knows how to answer for such a problem. Some professors are good, some subjects have no coherence with the graduation, WORST of all! There is no second call!! NEVER seen any university. Live class? Just for one subject, the others are just video! There is no time to solve the tests, which open on the first day of class. Lots of content in a short time per quarter.

Achei isso pessimo, pois quem busca uma pós graduação busca uma especialização sobre o tema, e não tem como ter uma especialização de fato sem conteudos que possas ser aplicados!!
Fiz eclamaçao em todas as disciplinas que assisti até agora, e a resposta é apenas para marcar de acordo com o material didático.
Não falam nada sobre atualizarem o material ou corrigirem os proximos, ou mesmo uma previsão de atualização que seria bem vinda para aqueles que fazem o curso...
é um verdadeiro desleixo, pois eu encontro mais desatualizações em temas que eu tenho mais dominio, mas com certeza estou aprendendo erado naqueles que não tenho tanto conhecimento.
I'm a graduate student and I think the content of the classes is usually well written, but all outdated!!!
I thought that was really bad, because anyone looking for a postgraduate degree is looking for a specialization on the subject, and there's no way to have a specialization in fact without content that can be applied!!
I made an eclamation in all the subjects I attended so far, and the answer is just to mark according to the teaching material.
They don't say anything about updating the material or correcting the next ones, or even an update forecast that would be welcome for those who take the course...
it's a real sloppiness, because I find more outdated in topics that I have more knowledge, but I'm certainly learning wrong in those that I don't have so much knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrível, tive uma péssima experiencia com essa instituição, me inscrevi em redes de computadores EAD . levei as documentações tudo certinho 1 kg de alimento. as meninas do polo me informaram que em 2 dias no max eles liberariam o RA e acesso a plataforma. passaram + de 15 dias e nada, fui atras e segundo ele faltava " uma foto " passaram + 15 dias e nada de liberar... fizeram pouco caso. desisti de estudar na unicesumar e não aconselho a ninguem. me inscrevi na unip via ead tbm, paguei o boleto da primeira mensalidade em 2 dias ja estou estudando na plataforma com RA td certinho.... se soubesse tinha ido pra unip bem antes
horrible, I had a bad experience with this institution, I signed up for EAD computer networks. I took the documentation all right 1 kg of food. the polo girls informed me that in 2 days at most they would release the RA and access to the platform. 15 days went by and nothing, I went back and according to him there was "a photo" missing 15 days went by and nothing was released... they didn't care. I gave up studying at Unicesumar and I don't advise anyone. I signed up for unip via ead too, paid the first monthly payment slip in 2 days I'm already studying on the platform with RA all right.... if I knew I would have gone to unip much earlier
