Nota baixa para as motos que ocupam uma vaga inteira de carro e "é normal" isso lá! Falta redesenharem o espaço APENAS para as Motos!

Entretando a jardinagem é muito bonita , as piscinas também. Mas deveria ter três espaços com piscinas. E outra ponto muito desagradável são as churrasqueiras. São 3 churrasqueiras para três ocupações de grupos distintos porém uma grudada na outra. O que torna inviável o uso, vc não tem privacidade. Que tal esse espaço para 3 se tornar um só.
Pelo que vi, espaço não falta para construção de novas churrasqueiras.
Um bom arquiteto resolveria essas questões e o imóvel dobraria o valor.
