★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um ótimo lugar para morar, tem uma praça interna com playground de madeira e bancos. Não fui na piscina ainda mas parece ser boa. Tem duas quadras uma de piso cimento outra de grama, além de salão de festa e espaço gourmet para churrascos.
O lado negativo é a falta de cobertura para os carros, então o veículo fica recebendo sol e chuva sempre, além da falta de vagas para visitantes o que é muito desagradável, quem vem visitar precisa deixar o carro perto do colégio Melo Dante ou então no estacionamento da farmácia a 600m da portaria do prédio.
It is a great place to live, it has an internal square with wooden playground and benches. I haven't been to the pool yet but it looks good. It has two blocks, one with a cement floor, the other with grass, in addition to a party room and gourmet space for barbecues.
The negative side is the lack of coverage for cars, so the vehicle is always receiving sun and rain, in addition to the lack of spaces for visitors, which is very unpleasant, those who come to visit need to leave their car near the Melo Dante school or at the pharmacy parking 600m from the building's entrance.
