Estou em situação semelhante a algumas pessoas que vejo questionando a falta de contato da Unicsul aqui. Me formei em 2003 e preciso do meu Histórico Escolar de Graduação urgente. Mandei um e-mail em 07/10/2021 e outro em 08/10/2021, depois entrei no site e mandei um mensagem e ninguém me retornou. Liguei duas vezes no telefone que aparece no site do campus São Miguel e zero empatia pelas atendentes e zero solução. Fico insatisfeita e muito triste com essa situação, pois quando me formei a Unicsul era uma referência no mercado e hoje não tem diferencial. Peço gentilmente que alguém me ajude, me fale exatamente o que tenho que fazer para obter o meu Histórico Escolar de Graduação. Espero que dessa vez eu tenha retorno. Obrigada!

I am in a similar situation to some people I see questioning the lack of contact between Unicsul here. I graduated in 2003 and I need my Undergraduate Transcript urgently. I sent an email on 10/07/2021 and another on 10/08/2021, then I went to the site and sent a message and no one returned. I called twice on the phone that appears on the São Miguel campus website and zero empathy for the attendants and zero solution. I am dissatisfied and very sad with this situation, because when I graduated, Unicsul was a reference in the market and today it has no differential. I kindly ask someone to help me, tell me exactly what I have to do to get my Graduate Transcript. I hope this time I have a return. Thanks!

I already had dental implant treatment there in 2016 and it was amazing and at a wonderful price... now I'm doing others again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam dessa faculdade, pois, você tenta se matricular, virar aluno da universidade e simplesmente não consegue, é incrivel se o tratamento é assim para quem quer ser cliente deles, imagine o descaso com quem tiver problema. infelizmente vou ter de procurar outra instituição já que essa não tem um atendimento descente e não se preocupa em trazer novos alunos. logo vai falir, não atendem um telefone a pessoa fica mais de 30 minutos na linha para no final não ser atendido.
Run away from this college, because you try to enroll, become a student at the university and you just can't, it's incredible if the treatment is like that for those who want to be their customers, imagine the neglect with those who have a problem. unfortunately I'll have to look for another institution since this one doesn't have a decent service and doesn't care about bringing new students. soon it will go bankrupt, they don't answer a phone, the person stays on the line for more than 30 minutes and is not answered at the end.
