★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo muito enrolados e não resolvem nada, muita conversinha eu terminei o curso mas passei muita raiva com eles. Não recomendo procurar outro EAD.
Very bad, very tangled up and they don't solve anything, a lot of chatting, I finished the course but I was very angry with them. I don't recommend looking for another EAD.

Minha renovação foi feita de forma automática, sem meu consentimento e autorização, pra piorar foi validado automaticamente e pra presencial. UM ABSURDO.
Eu não estou conseguindo fazer o trancamento, ou cancelamento da mesma pela área do aluno. Sendo que a matrícula foi 100% on-line.
Um descaso total. Pra fazer a Matrícula é online, pra fazer trancamento é essa dor de cabeça? Sem falar na cobrança.
Quero um retorno imediatamente.

My renewal was done automatically, without my consent and authorization, to make matters worse it was validated automatically and in person. AN ABSURD.
I'm not able to lock it down, or cancel it by the student's area. Enrollment was 100% online.
A total disregard. To do the enrollment is online, to do locking is this headache? Not to mention billing.
I want a return immediately.
