★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui várias vezes para vacinar minha mãe (idosa) contra a gripe H1N1 e todas as vezes eles só informam que "hj não tem, só vai ter amanhã". Daí qdo vamos no dia seguinte eles falam a mesma coisa. Já tentei 4 vezes e não consegui.
I went several times to vaccinate my (elderly) mother against the H1N1 flu and each time they only inform that "there is no tomorrow, there will only be tomorrow". So when we go the next day they say the same thing. I've tried 4 times and I couldn't.

I call and it's only busy, when I go they say the system is down, I think it's a lack of respect because they're always messing around with the computer, the attendant speaks forcefully, and the vaccine is hard to get.
