 You do not make an appointment with a simple general practitioner with less than three months and with other specialties with less than 5 months. The pharmacy almost always has no medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento presencial e pelo telefone sem chance, chama até cair e em seguida dá ocupado, provavelmente deixam o telefone fora p não terem que atender. Pior q ao chegar na UBS esta vazio, sem motivo nenhum p não atenderem o telefone.
Um absurdo, um descaso, uma falta de respeito tremenda. Fora que nunca tem medico que possa nos atender.
Bad attendance in person and over the phone without a chance, calls until dropped and then gets busy, they probably leave the phone out p they don't have to answer. Worse when arriving at UBS it is empty, for no reason p not answering the phone.
An absurdity, a disregard, a tremendous lack of respect. Besides, there is never a doctor who can attend to us.
