People who serve you with ill will, do not know how to explain anything right! A disregard, when we work with the public we have to be super kind and considerate. Hell, it never hurts to greet people well and answer questions calmly

Mesmo com pouquíssimos recursos do posto, consegue atender com excelência. Recepçao, também, de parabéns pela agilidade e atençao. Pena que essa UBS não seja melhor equipada.
Excellent service !!! Dr. Blonde is super attentive and professional. Thank you for the attention and affection given to my mother, a lady of 89 years. Even with very few resources of the station, it manages to attend with excellence. Welcome, also, congratulations for the agility and attention. Too bad that UBS is not better equipped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, sem contar que vc liga e ninguém atende. E quando atende são super mal educado. Gente, vcs lidam com pessoas. Eu sei que é público mas façam um atendimento digno e respeitoso com as pessoas.
Bad service, not to mention that you call and no one answers. And when you answer they are super rude. Guys, you deal with people. I know it is public but do a dignified and respectful service to people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro aqui na rua Albion, na rua do posto, fui levar minhas filhas que sempre tomam a vacina da gripe, mas pela segunda vez fomos mal tratadas , senhora Vilma tem que aprender o que é atender um paciente, pois não sabe nem o que isso. Me direcionei a outro posto , o mais próximo em Mauá, chegando lá tomamos a vacina e ainda as meninas tomaram outras que já estava vencendo. Tem cabimento uma coisa dessa, essa Vilma nem se quer olhou as carteirinhas, e ainda por cima tomei vacina em outro município. Isso é uma vergonha , mas com certeza não deixei barato fui atrás para saber o que devia fazer por ser tão mal atendida em um posto que fica na porta da minha casa.

This is a shame, but I sure did not let it cheap I went behind to know what I should do for being so poorly attended in a post that is in the door of my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui levar meu filho pra vacinar .. enfermeira com tanta preguiça dava raiva ...meu filho tinha tomar vacina de 15 anos levei a carteirinha RG ela Não vacinou pq eu estava sem o CPF dele ...peguei a carteirinha dele fui em outro posto foi vacinado com os mesmo documentos q eu levei no outro posto .Acho q essa enfermeira pensa q é dona do posto .tá na hora de tirar essas pessoas .chega de ser mau atendida .pior posto fico com dó de quem vai a pé depois tem voltar pra traz . ridículo o atendimento .
I went to take my son to vaccinate .. the nurse was so lazy it made her angry ... my son had to have a 15-year-old vaccine I took his ID card she didn't vaccinate because I was without his CPF ... I took his card I went to another post was vaccinated with the same documents that I took at the other post. I think this nurse thinks she owns the post. it's time to get these people out. enough to be poorly attended. worse post I feel sorry for those who walk afterwards go back. ridiculous the service.
