★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei vir a Unidade de Saúde para fazer o exame PPD, que é realizado na sala de vacinação. O local estava uma bagunça, muitas mães com criancas de colo e não havia nenhum funcionário para organizar a ordem de chegada, as pessoas que se virassem para descobrir quem foi o ultimo que chegou ou quem seria o proximo a entrar na sala. Alguém tentou organizar a ordem de atendimento dando números/fichas de acordo com a ordem de chegada. Mas a enfermeira da sala quando soube foi extremamente mal educada e arrogante dizendo que era proibido e que cada um que soubesse sua ordem. E disse que não dava "Fichas" por ordem da Secretaria de Saúde.
Eu até aceito que eles não dêem ficha para limitar o número de atendimentos, mas daí não poder organizar a ordem de chegada é absurdo, uma falta de respeito com a população.
Achei essa unidade de saúde muito desorganizada e com funcionários muito grosseiros. Quem trabalha com saúde e lida diretamente com a população precisa ter noções de atendimento, precisa ser treinado e capacitado.

Someone tried to arrange the order of attendance by giving numbers / cards according to the order of arrival. But the nurse in the room when she heard it was extremely rude and arrogant to say that it was forbidden and that anyone who knew his order. And said he did not give "Records" by order of the Department of Health.
I even accept that they do not give records to limit the number of visits, but then not being able to organize the order of arrival is absurd, a lack of respect for the population.
I found this health facility very disorganized and staffed very rudely. Who works with health and deals directly with the population needs to have notions of care, needs to be trained and qualified.
