Fiz duas reservas, uma via telefone e outra pelo aplicativo que também foram confirmadas via e mail. No dia da reserva fui até a loja pra retirar o veículo... passei mais de 1 hora na loja depois de assinar contrato, tirar foto..... fui informado que meu cadastro havia sido negado. (mesmo com as reservas confirmadas) no outro dia com outra reserva a mesma situação...Vi várias reclamações no "RECLAMEAQUI " com a mesma situação. Não informam que a reserva esta sujeita a análise, falta respeito e transparência aos clientes.
I don't recommend it to anyone! Rental company does not honor reservations made over the phone and via the app. I made two reservations, one via phone and one via the app, which were also confirmed via email. On the day of booking I went to the store to pick up the vehicle... I spent more than 1 hour in the store after signing the contract, taking a photo..... I was informed that my registration had been denied. (even with confirmed reservations) the other day with another reservation the same situation... I saw several complaints on "RECLAMEAQUI " with the same situation. They do not inform that the reservation is subject to analysis, lack of respect and transparency to customers.
