★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei negócio em um carro com 42.000km e quando fui pegar estava com 49.720km. O gerente não encontrou outro carro com a mesma quilometragem para substituir e não aceitou fazer desconto. Saí de lá combo contrato cancelado, tempo perdido e muita raiva da empresa, vendedora e gerentes.
 I closed a deal on a car with 42,000km and when I went to get it it was 49,720km. The manager did not find another car with the same mileage to replace and did not accept to make a discount. I left the combo canceled contract, lost time and a lot of anger from the company, salesperson and managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 Meses que comprei o carro e até o momento ninguém entrou em contato comigo para fazer a transferência. A vendedora só estava preocupada em vender, após a conclusão da venda nunca mais tive retorno nenhum sobre status do processo. Não compro mais e não recomendo o atendimento.
4 months I bought the car and so far nobody has contacted me to make the transfer. The seller was only concerned with selling, after the conclusion of the sale I never had any return on the status of the process. I don't buy anymore and I don't recommend the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vendedor e excelente,porém o carro veio com defeito,procuramos a assistência não resolveram o problema ,fomos no gerente procurar ajuda e ele foi extremamente ignorante e arrogante dizendo que não tinha nada haver com o problema e que não indicava a oficina da própria assistência da unidas.e aquele negócio na hora de vender veio até na minha porta pra assinar os documentos deu problema finge que não conhece.
The seller is excellent, but the car came defective, we sought assistance did not solve the problem, we went to the manager to seek help and he was extremely ignorant and arrogant saying that it had nothing to do with the problem and that it did not indicate the service workshop itself. and that business when it came to selling came right up to my door to sign the documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim com a unidas , decepcionado com o pós venda , vendedores precisam ser treinados quanto ao atendimento e dúvidas dos clientes , tive dificuldades desde de o primeiro dia com o carro que me venderam na vistoria do Detran tive que remover uma película do para brisa que segundo o vendedor seria permitido, não recomendo .
Bad experience with Unidas , disappointed with the after sales , salespeople need to be trained in customer service and doubts , I had difficulties from the first day with the car they sold me in the Detran inspection I had to remove a film from the windshield that according to the seller would be allowed, do not recommend.
