★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou cursando administração nessa Faculdade, faltam apenas algumas matérias para finalizar, os professores são ótimos, porém a coordenação e demais funcionários pecam muito na comunicação... preciso finalizar duas matérias, entrei em contato desde o começo do ano com a instituição, demoraram pra me dar o passo a passo, fui duas vezes pra conseguir preencher a inscrição, daí me disseram que era só aguardar que iam me colocar no portal, etc. etc. Isso no final de Janeiro, e já estamos no começo de Abril e até agora nada!!
Tive que correr atrás porque se depender deles, não se comunicam com o aluno, não recebi sequer um e-mail da Drummond em relação a isso. Não haviam me falado sobre transferência de matérias para o Tatuapé... por conta própria fui até a unidade do Tatuapé e lá fizeram eu preencher novamente o formulário que eu já tinha preenchido no começo do ano...
A faculdade precisa melhorar essa comunicação com o aluno urgente!
I'm studying administration at this Faculty, there are only a few subjects left to finish, the professors are great, but the coordination and other employees lack communication... I need to finish two subjects, I got in touch with the institution since the beginning of the year, they took a long time to give me the step by step, I went twice to complete the application, then they told me that I just had to wait for them to put me on the portal, etc. etc. This at the end of January, and we are already in the beginning of April and so far nothing!!
I had to go after it because if it depends on them, they don't communicate with the student, I didn't even receive an email from Drummond about it. They hadn't told me about transferring subjects to Tatuapé... on my own I went to the Tatuapé unit and there they made me fill in the form I had already filled out at the beginning of the year...
The college needs to improve this communication with the student urgently!
