★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei em 27/02/22 as cadeiras de cozinha da Milano na loja VChiatto do Shopping D, mas estou extremamente desapontada com a loja, pois no ato da compra ainda mencionei que era para as cadeiras vir embaladas e tal, e recebo as cadeiras com um plástico apenas no encosto, sem nenhuma proteção nas cadeiras como um todo e algumas cadeiras vieram com a perna da cadeira com algumas fissuras, que agora não sei se já veio de fábrica assim ou se foi no transporte, que por sinal veio dentro de um carro, afinal que proteção tinha nas cadeiras? Nenhuma né.. Se houve problema no caminhão para realizar a entrega, ao menos colocassem uma proteção ao vir no carro ou deixassem para vir no caminhão no dia seguinte com mais cuidado. Pude conversar com a Natália no dia 06/04/2022 a qual foi bastante atenciosa e super solícita e se prontificou a fazer a troca das cadeiras, mas por definição minha como cliente optei por manter as cadeiras como estão, afinal dá para utilizá-las perfeitamente o único detalhe são algumas lascas na perna de alguma das cadeiras, no geral o produto não tenho do que reclamar, meu único questionamento é em relação a comunicação entre a loja e o cliente que faltou serem mais pró-ativos em alinhar as coisas com o cliente, afinal imprevistos acontecem e compreendo bem, só podiam ter me comunicado informando que talvez pudesse atrasar a entrega por conta do transporte ou se realmente entregassem no carro que o produto fosse mais bem protegido, assim eu estaria mais tranquila.
I bought the Milano kitchen chairs on 02/27/22 at the VChiatto store in Shopping D, but I am extremely disappointed with the store, because at the time of purchase I still mentioned that the chairs were supposed to come packaged and such, and I receive the chairs with a plastic only on the backrest, without any protection on the chairs as a whole and some chairs came with the chair leg with some cracks, which now I don't know if it came from the factory like that or if it was in transport, which by the way came inside a car, after all, what protection did you have on the seats? None, right.. If there was a problem with the truck to make the delivery, at least put a protection when coming in the car or leave it to come in the truck the next day with more care. I was able to talk to Natália on 04/06/2022, who was very attentive and super helpful and was ready to exchange the chairs, but by definition, as a customer, I chose to keep the chairs as they are, after all, you can use them perfectly the only detail are some splinters on the leg of some of the chairs, in general the product I have nothing to complain about, my only question is in relation to the communication between the store and the customer who lacked being more proactive in aligning things with the customer, after all, unforeseen events happen and I understand well, they could only have communicated to me informing that maybe I could delay the delivery due to transport or if they really delivered in the car that the product was better protected, so I would be more relaxed.
