★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito atencioso até a efetivação da compra. Instaladores ótimos, ressalte-se. Porém a entrega e agendamento de instalação são péssimos. Depois do cheque compensado as dores de cabeça começaram. Cortinas chegaram nos tamanhos errados, foram instaladas por partes e ao longo de várias semanas,. Agendamentos de instalação foram constantemente desmarcados na véspera (incluindo uma mensagem de Whats App domingo a tarde cancelando uma instalação agendada segunda pela manhã!!!). Argumentações rasas para tentar justificar os atrasos. Falta de retorno por parte da loja. Muito desrespeitoso e sem transparência. Experiência muito desgastante, não condizente com a marca. Pena, pois o produto é bom.
(Edição) foi uma compra na Uniflex Ipanema sim, feita pessoalmente por mim e minha mulher. O “péssimo comentário” que você se refere se deu pelo péssimo serviço, como mencionado acima. Que seja cconstrutivo para a melhoria do serviço. Obrigado.
 Very attentive service until the purchase. Great installers, stand out. However the delivery and installation schedule are terrible. After the cleared check the headaches started. Curtains arrived in the wrong sizes, were installed by parts and over several weeks. Installation schedules were constantly unselected the day before (including a Sunday Whats App message canceling a scheduled Monday morning installation !!!). Shallow arguments to try to justify delays. Lack of return by the store. Very disrespectful and without transparency. Very exhausting experience, not in keeping with the brand. Too bad, because the product is good.
(Edition) was a purchase in Uniflex Ipanema, made personally by me and my wife. The "lousy comment" you refer to was given by the lousy service, as mentioned above. That is constructive for the improvement of the service. Thank you.
