★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui marcar uma ressonância magnética e a clínica não estava mais atendendo pela unimed federação e já liguei para outras clínicas e não estão aceitando esse plano. Porquê? Se o associado paga em dia e bem caro?
 I was scheduled for an MRI and the clinic was no longer attending for the unimed federation and I already called other clinics and are not accepting this plan. Why? If the member pays on time and very expensive?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Unimed Federação fica bem localizada na Rua Mipibu, tem fácil acesso, como todo lugar dessa região o estacionamento é num pouco complicado. O atendimento é normalmente demorado, em torno de 2-3hs. A autorização de exames não tem grandes burocracias. Pelo menos tudo que levei foi resolutivo.
The Unimed Federation is well located on Mipibu Street, it has easy access, as everywhere in this region parking is a bit complicated. The service is usually time consuming, around 2-3hs. The authorization of exams does not have big bureaucracies. At least everything I took was resolutive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como se ja nao bastasse a demora entre a chegada e o.medico (exatas 1 hora e meia), ainda nos fazem esperar 32 min para a colera de um exame coleta de sangue que demora mais 1 hora e meia para ficar pronto.
Se a sala de coleta estivesse lotada, entenderia, mas o enfermeiros e afins todos conversando e trabalhando a passo de tartaruga.
Descaso total, nao pagamos barato no plano para esperar dessa forma.
As if the delay between arrival and the doctor was not enough (exact 1 hour and a half), we still have to wait 32 minutes for a blood test to take 1 hour and a half to get ready.
If the collection room was crowded, I would understand, but the nurses and the like all talking and working at a tortoise's pace.
Total neglect, we do not pay cheap in the plan to wait that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu sinceros pesares ao sucateamento do sistema de saúde brasileiro, infelizmente, vivemos em um contexto em que nem pagando um plano de saúde conseguimos um atendimento de qualidade. Entretanto, com a unimed federaçao parece que há uma intensificação da má qualidade, chega a um ponto em que parece ate mesmo que fazem de proposito, so pra zoar com a nossa cara sabe??
Aos que estao lendo essa mensagem e ainda procuram um plano de saude, simplesmente corram da unimed, pq do atendimento até o ultimo fator eles fazem questao de te ceder um dor de cabeça extra.
My sincere regrets to the scrapping of the Brazilian health system, unfortunately, we live in a context where not paying a health plan got a quality service. However, with the federation unimed seems that there is an intensification of poor quality, it reaches a point where it seems even even do on purpose, so to mess with our guy knows ??

Solicitei liberação de uma medicação, foi liberada a quantidade errada e em vez de corrigir o erro imediatamente, já que o equívoco foi da própria Unimed, tive que ficar esperando dois dias mais pela bendita autorização. O procedimento estava agendado com o médico, me desloquei de Mossoró para realizá-lo e no final não foi possível, pela absoluta FALTA DE RESPONSABILIDADE E COMPROMISSO DA UNIMED. Lamentável a falta de respeito com o cliente.
Terrible !!!!! I requested the release of a medication, the wrong amount was released and instead of correcting the error immediately, since the mistake was made by Unimed itself, I had to wait two more days for the blessed authorization. The procedure was scheduled with the doctor, I moved from Mossoró to perform it and in the end it was not possible, due to the UNIMED'S LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT. The lack of respect for the customer is regrettable.

é uma mensagem automática mandando vc ligar pra outro número dizendo q agr à partir do dia 1/10 o plano seria unimed natal tb e q pra maiores dúvidas ligar para o bendito número q passam , e aí.... A gente liga, e !!!!! Ninguém atende , a ligação na vdd cai antes q o telefone possa tocar. Então??? Como fica ???? Como cancelo! Quero tirar dúvidas! Falar com alguém! Será q é possível? Meu boleto irá vencer dia 10 . Sigo querendo resolver para evitar maiores problemas .

it is an automatic message telling you to call another number saying q agr from 1/10 the plan would be unimed natal tb eq for bigger doubts call the blessed number q pass by, and then .... We call, e! !!!! No one answers, the call on vdd goes down before the phone can ring. So??? How is it ???? How I cancel! I want to clear up doubts! Talk to someone! Is it possible? My ticket will expire on the 10th. I keep wanting to solve to avoid bigger problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unimed sem Unimed, aumenta a agencias mas o atendimento continua horrível, libera sistema eletrônicos para autoatendimento, mas precisa de um feedback.
