★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital de M-E-R-D-A os enfermeiros são treinados pra fazer você não querer voltar nunca mais. As cadeiras da sala de Observação parece que foram feitas na serralheria da esquina. Horrível!!!
 M-E-R-D-A Hospital nurses are trained to make you never want to come back. The observation room chairs look like they were made in the corner locksmith shop. Horrible !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urgência pediátrica com bons profissionais, no entanto possui médicos e médicas completamente estúpidos e sem preparo para lidar com crianças. Leitos infantis para observação são péssimos.
Pediatric emergency with good professionals, however, has doctors and doctors completely stupid and unprepared to deal with children. Children's beds for observation are terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou desde sábado tentando fazer uma consulta com o oftalmologista e eles só falam pra voltar no outro dia, os únicos que ainda se salvam são o pessoal da limpeza, pois o resto só fazem a gente passar raiva. Crianças que tem prioridade não são atendidas de imediato. E não tem estacionamento pra cliente, você tem que colocar seu veículo na rua pegando sol ou na calçada (onde não é local apropriado) correndo o risco de ser guinchado. Péssimo
I've been trying to make an appointment with the ophthalmologist since Saturday and they only tell me to come back the next day, the only people who are still saved are the cleaning staff, because the rest just make us angry. Children who have priority are not treated immediately. And there is no parking for customers, you have to put your vehicle on the street in the sun or on the sidewalk (where it is not appropriate) at the risk of being towed. Terrible
