Terrible attendance. Very rude staff. It seems that they are doing us a favor. I had to go to the hangar's polyclinic. There, yes, I was treated very well.

Muito bom ver servidores trabalhando com satisfação e respeito com os usuários do serviço . Deveria ser o comum,mas infelizmente,nem sempre é a realidade no serviço público. Pelo exposto, venha parabenizar a toda equipe pela cortesia e respeito . Gratidão!

Today I was seen in this unit to perform a test for COVID 19. I am very pleased to record the cordiality and kindness of the team. Very good to see servers working with satisfaction and respect with service users. It should be common, but unfortunately, it's not always the reality in public service.
