★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior universidade da região, fazem de tudo para captação de alunos, depois que entra a pessoa pode ate se forma, porem muitos alegam não saberem de praticamente nada, uma total desorganização em TUDO, só na disciplina de matemática financeira em um semestre tive mais de três professores e 30% da turma reprovou, a coordenação nada resolve, os pucos professores que tem as aulas só fazem ler slide, em um semestre já é regra ter duas ou mais semanas sem aula, o atendimento, parece que você estar implorando por informação ( péssimo ), caso alguém tenha duvidas verifique nas redes sociais o que a maioria tem a dizer sobre essa faculdade, aqui msm alguns comentários são de funcionários.
Muitas das pessoas como no meu caso, entra na uninassau de Parnamirim pelo o valor mais em conta e a localização, são os únicos pontos positivos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, quando foi pra eu me matricular entravam em contato comigo todos os dias insistindo pra estudar lá e agora que me matriculei faz mais de dois meses que tento tirar dúvida e ninguém me responde em lugar nenhum e nem atende quando ligo, as aulas começam semana que vem e eu não sei de absolutamente nada, se vai ser on-line ou presencial, como faço pra entrar na o line, como vai funcionar, não sei de nada pois ninguém me responde

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Pra nos conseguir como aluno é uma maravilha, promessa de tudo que for possível, depois somos abandonados. Resolvi cancelar a matrícula, só pode ser por uma abertura de chamado e ficarmos aguardando email de confirmação de cancelamento. Nos informam um prazo de dez dias úteis a partir da abertura do chamado. Solicitei o cancelamento desde 08/09/21 e até agora não resolveram nada, no acompanhamento do chamado continua com a mesma informação desde que abri, ou seja, chamado em andamento. Estou recebendo cobrança indevida por email, pois quando cancelei estava totalmente em dia, é um transtorno só e muito aborrecimento. Só quero ver se vão ser capazes de me negativarem no spc e serasa pra eu processá-los e pedir indenização por danos morais. Uma das piores faculdades que conheci, NOTA ZERO...

They inform us a period of ten working days from the opening of the call. I requested the cancellation since 09/08/21 and so far they haven't resolved anything, the call follow-up continues with the same information since I opened it, that is, call in progress. I'm receiving undue billing by email, because when I canceled it was totally up to date, it's just an inconvenience and a lot of annoyance. I just want to see if they will be able to deny me in spc and serasa so I can sue them and ask for compensation for moral damages. One of the worst colleges I've ever known, GRADE ZERO...

Esperei cerca de 30 minutos para entregar uma documentação, pois não fica muito claro quem é o atendente e nem se ele vai solucionar seu problema. Sobre a estrutura do local: é boa, bem iluminado, em uma região boa da cidade de Parnamirim.
