I paid the course for my brother in October 2019, and so far, mid-December, have not delivered the certificate. Only wind to deliver such a certificate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de pegar meu diploma de auxiliar de veterinária, tentei falar com a dona mas não consegui, a parte teórica foi boa mas o estágio que nos foi dado na veterinária santa Luiza foi péssimo, tanto a veterinária Monique como sua atendente são de uma antipatia e falta de atitude com os estagiários.
I just got my veterinary assistant diploma, I tried to talk to the owner but I couldn't, the theoretical part was good but the internship given to us at veterinarian Santa Luiza was terrible, both veterinarian Monique and her attendant are dislike and lack of attitude towards interns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o curso de auxiliar veterinário e nao me entregaram o diploma, disseram que era de 4 meses e os 4 boletos foram pagos , final do curso eles queriam impurrar mais um boleto.
I took the veterinarian assistant course and they didn't give me the diploma, they said it was 4 months and the 4 tickets were paid, at the end of the course they wanted to issue one more ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conclui o curso de auxiliar veterinário, porem eles tem uma péssima forma de ensino. Nenhuma estrutura para ensinar ao aluno o básico, fora que primeiro você tem as aulas teóricas sem nenhum material para ver nem tocar e depois você faz 20 horas praticas na veterinária que tem abaixo do estabelecimento que dão o curso. Não indico a ninguém pois sai de lá sem saber de nada e tendo que pegar experiência em estágios fora de lá. A unica observação boa que deixo é que a Veterinária que aplica o curso é ótima e muito profissional.
Completes the veterinary assistant course, but they have a very bad way of teaching. No structure to teach the student the basics, except that first you have the theoretical classes without any material to see or touch and then you do 20 hours of practice at the vet below the establishment that teaches the course. I don't recommend it to anyone because I leave there without knowing anything and having to get experience in internships outside. The only good observation I leave is that the Veterinary that applies the course is great and very professional.

No último dia 13/10/2016 , dirigi-me ao seu estabelecimento,Unipet RJ, afim de iniciar o curso completo, no valor de 3.435.00, pago no cartão de crédito em 10 parcelas e um deposito de 180 reais para garantir a vaga. Iniciei o curso, e logo de inicio percebi o total desleixo e falta de atenção por parte da professora, um curso aplicado de qualquer maneira, onde lhe davam o animal e nem ao menos explicavam oque era para ser feito e quais produtos utilizar no animal, hora não tenho experiencia para saber como fazer por exemplo uma hidratação e quais produtos usar, chegando ao ponto de recorrer ao colega ao lado para desenpenhar as atividades proposta.Nesse meio tempo já extremamente insatisfeita e desmotivada, uma colega mandou um email para São Paulo na esperança que houvesse uma melhoria dos serviços,. Precisei me ausentar por motivo de trabalho e por problemas de saúde. Cheguei a mudar o horario varias vezes e avisei que teria que me ausentar. Oque não compreendo é que fui induzida a pagar um curso num valor altissimo e não tenho retorno nenhum dos meus emails. Na epoca cogitei a devolução do meu investimento, claro abatendo as aulas ja feitas, que por sinal, não valeram nada. c.. Entrando em contato com a secretária,a mesma me sugeriu que eu pagasse as aulas perdidas, então provavelmente nem o curso lê o propio contrato. Por este motivo, demando que resolvam meu caso o mais rapido possivel, estou desempregada e pagando um alto valor por um serviço de baixa qualidade que não foi prestado. Aguardo resposta, espero não ter que acionar a justiça. Estou entrando em contato e não tenho retorno algum, total descaso.

On the last day 10/13/2016, I went to your establishment, Unipet RJ, in order to start the full course, in the amount of 3,435.00, paid by credit card in 10 installments and a deposit of 180 reais to guarantee the vague. I started the course, and right from the beginning I realized the total neglect and lack of attention on the part of the teacher, a course applied in any way, where they gave her the animal and didn't even explain what it was to be done and what products to use on the animal, I do not have experience to know how to make a hydration for example and which products to use, going to the point of resorting to the colleague next door to perform the proposed activities. In the meantime, already extremely dissatisfied and unmotivated, a colleague sent an email to São Paulo at hope that there would be an improvement in services ,. I had to leave because of work and health problems. I even changed the schedule several times and told him that I would have to leave. What I don't understand is that I was induced to pay a course at a very high price and I have no return on any of my emails. At the time, I considered returning my investment, of course, discounting the lessons already taken, which by the way, were worthless. c .. Contacting the secretary, she suggested that I pay for missed classes, so probably not even the course reads the contract itself. For this reason, demanding that my case be resolved as quickly as possible, I am unemployed and paying a high price for a low quality service that was not provided. I await an answer, I hope I don't have to bring justice. I'm getting in touch and I have no return, total neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um curso profissionalizante de banho e tosa, os professores sao maravilhosos e a instalação do local é boa, o que precisa melhorar é a organização, como eles recebem novos alunos tda seg tem dias q a tua ta lotada e vc tem q ficar esperando um aluno terminar d dar banho pra vc entao comecar a aula, a minha apostila tmb demorou mto pra ser entregue e isso prejudicou um pouco meu curso pq tinham informações mto validas ( recebi so no último dia de aula), tmb é um pouco complicado pq a gnte olha mais poodle e shitzu, teve raça q nunca nem vi, portanto n aprendi. Mas é um curso bom e válido se vc for sabendo desses por menores vc mesmo consegue tirar mais contwudo.
I took a professional bathing and grooming course, the teachers are wonderful and the installation is good, what needs to improve is the organization, as they receive new students every Monday there are days when your busy and you have to wait for a student finish d give you a bath then start the class, my workbook also took a long time to be delivered and it hurt my course a little because they had very valid information (I only received it on the last day of school), it is a little complicated because look more poodle and shitzu, there was a breed I never even saw, so I didn't learn. But it is a good and valid course if you are aware of these by minors you can even get more content.
