Total falta de informação, a gestão é péssima, não dá suporte aos alunos, ninguém sabe de nada, uma bagunça total, o atendimento via whatsapp é desastroso, pessoas despreparadas e mau educadas pra todo lado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico a ninguém, a administração é horrível não dá retorno atendimento péssimo, laboratório muito fraco sem manutenção e matérias vencidos. Completamente insatisfeita com a faculdade muito mal administrado.
I don't recommend it to anyone, the administration is horrible, they don't give a return, terrible service, very poor laboratory without maintenance and expired materials. Completely dissatisfied with the very poorly run college.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indiquei a faculdade para minha irmã ,faz dois dias que ela está tentando fazer a sua matrícula na faculdade ,ela fez a redação mas até agora as atendentes que ficam lá responsável até agora não entraram em contato com ela ,você liga ,manda mensagem não atendem e ainda falam que a demanda tá grande ,você chega na faculdade não tem ninguém em atendimento e chega Pa pegar informações nem suporte você tem.
Péssimo atendimento .
I indicated the college to my sister, she has been trying to enroll in the college for two days, she did the writing but so far the attendants who are responsible there so far have not contacted her, you call, send a message, they do not answer and they still say that the demand is great, you arrive at the college, there is no one in attendance and you arrive to get information or support you have.

As provas no primeiro semestre não tinha nem dois meses direito do curso e já colocaram provas muito difíceis sem contar nas notas que demoram e não são de acordo com as verdadeiras notas. ninguém sabe de nada. fim jogando do coordenador para a secretaria da secretaria pro coordenador isso quando a coordenação resolve responder.
I don't recommend it to anyone. administration and coordination is terrible. Not to mention the tests and classes that aren't those things. The tests in the first semester were not even two months into the course and they have already placed very difficult tests, not counting the grades that take a long time and are not in accordance with the real grades. nobody knows anything. end playing from the coordinator to the secretariat of the secretariat to the coordinator, when the coordination decides to respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou no terceiro semestre de pedagogia 100% EAD e no terceiro o dono do colégio muda para remota e presencial alegando q n tem turmas isso n é o pior aumentou o valor ridículo o q fez são alunos insatisfeitos com a faculdade.
Ontem fui a faculdade e fui informado q n terá a opção presencial só remota e mais uma vez o dono mudando tudo, já perdi uma semana de aula .
I'm in the third semester of 100% EAD pedagogy and in the third the school owner changes to remote and face-to-face, claiming that there are no classes, that's not the worst, it increased the ridiculous value what it did are students dissatisfied with college.
Yesterday I went to college and I was informed that there will be no in-person option, only remote and once again the owner changing everything, I already missed a week of class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os professores são incriveis, mas a ADM deles é pessima, subiram o valor da mensalidade e ja faz duas semanas que eu não consigo assitir aula, mandei email solicitando o Bilhete estudantil e nem resposta, recebo o link da aula do dia anterior no dia seguinte, não tem horário fixo para as aulas. Ano passado eu não tive essa dor de cabeça. Como que pode ter aulas 65% presenciais e 35% EAD se nada funciona. To pagando por um serviço que não esta sendo oferecido
The teachers are incredible, but their ADM is terrible, the monthly fee has gone up and I haven't been able to attend classes for two weeks, I sent an email requesting the student ticket and no response, I receive the link to the previous day's class the next day , has no fixed timetable for classes. Last year I didn't have this headache. How can you have 65% face-to-face and 35% EAD classes if nothing works. I am paying for a service that is not being offered.
