★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tô dando 3 estrelas por causa dos professores e aulas que tenho que são muito bem dadas. Acho que existe problemas em relação ao atendimento ao cliente ou aluno e também na maioria das vezes nunca constam meus descontos no boleto e é sempre uma dor de cabeça toda vez pra pagar. Acho um pouco estressante essa parte com eles.
Edt 2: tô editando meu comentário agora pois 1 ano depois continuo com dor de cabeça por conta de mensalidade. Estou atrasando a montagem da minha grade por conta de erro na minha matrícula por causa, muito provavelmente, da mensalidade de janeiro que eles não constaram no sistema. Isso atrasa, a gente não tem liberdade pra escolher professores, horários... só perda de tempo. Insatisfação.
 I'm giving 3 stars because of the teachers and classes that I have that are very well given. I think there are problems in relation to customer service or student and also most of the time there are never my discounts on the ticket and it is always a headache every time to pay. I find this part a little stressful with them.
Edt 2: I'm editing my comment now because 1 year later I still have a headache due to monthly fees. I am delaying the assembly of my grid due to an error in my enrollment because, most likely, of the monthly fee in January that they did not appear in the system. This delays, we have no freedom to choose teachers, schedules ... just a waste of time. Dissatisfaction.

Ao todo são 7 baias de atendimento, mas somente duas em operação.
E não é por conta da pandemia, estudo aqui e sempre foi assim.
Se quiser resolver qualquer coisa juntamente a secretária, se prepare para aguardar ao mínimo 2 horas.
Service from the secretariat takes a long time.

And it is not because of the pandemic, I study here and it has always been like this.
If you want to solve anything with the secretary, be prepared to wait at least 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhosa desde do atendimento até o Portal do aluno. É a minha faculdade, então sou testemunha para falar que já estando na metade da minha Graduação, nunca tive um problema sério com a Unisuam. Sempre estão dispostos a resolver, mesmo com alguma adversidade ! Nota 10 !
Wonderful from the customer service to the Student Portal. It is my college, so I am a witness to say that being halfway through my graduation, I never had a serious problem with Unisuam. They are always willing to resolve, even with some adversity! Grade 10 !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone simplesmente não funciona!!! Você liga, espera 20 minutos no atendimento eletrônico e quando chega a marca de 20 minutos eles desligam! UMA VERGONHA!!! Os alunos não conseguem tirar uma simples dúvida pelo telefone... Inacreditável!
Phone support just doesn't work!!! You call, wait 20 minutes at the electronic service and when the 20 minute mark arrives they hang up! A SHAME!!! Students can't answer a simple question over the phone... Unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha aí galera, 7 caixas, somente um ou dois atendendo sempre. Mesmo com a sala cheia de pessoas aguardando, no início do ano e não tem funcionário suficiente p suprir a demanda. Nota zero p atendimento. Não deveria nem haver fila para alguém se matricular.
