★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje vi uma senhora com muita falta de ar,e acabou desmaiando e caindo no chão,lá estava vazio,mas não ligaram pra senhora,e quando levaram pra sala eu fui atras ver,e ouvi elas falando que era frescura,fazendo perguntas de endereço e tal,para uma senhora que nem conseguia respirar,e falavam que se ela não respondesse,não iam atender...isso na sala amarela! Por fim a senhora saiu de lá,se escorando,quase desmaiando de novo,e elas debochando da senhora.....depois da senhora tentar a força a força ver um médico,não deixaram,e os seguranças vieram ameaçar a senhora,que saiu se escorando ,chorando de dor....uma vergonha....na rua a senhora me falou que estava no trabalho,e foi lá pq muitos da empresa testaram positivo para Covid,a senhora foi embora com falta de ar e humilhada.
 Today I saw a lady with a lot of shortness of breath, and she ended up fainting and falling on the floor, there was empty, but they didn't call the lady, and when they took her to the living room I went back to see, and I heard them saying it was fresh, asking address questions and such, for a lady who couldn't even breathe, and they said that if she didn't answer, they wouldn't answer... that's in the yellow room! Finally, the lady left there, propping herself up, almost fainting again, and they mocking the lady.....after the lady tried to force her to see a doctor, they didn't let her, and the security men came to threaten the lady, who left propping herself up, crying in pain.... a shame.... on the street the lady told me she was at work, and she went there because many of the company tested positive for Covid, the lady left breathless and humiliated .

Os atendentes fazem o que querem. Saem dos postos de trabalho e ninguém cobre. Os médicos demoram muito para atender.
Local sujo, sem qualquer tipo de organização.
Terrible!
The attendants do what they want. They leave their jobs and nobody covers them. Doctors take a long time to respond.
Dirty place, without any kind of organization.

Só falta colocar um telefone no Hospital, pois estou acamada e tenho que pegar o meu exame + gostaria de ligar para saber se está pronto.

vale o registro exemplar de todos. Os colaboradores da via, como os funcionário do hospital: recepção, enfermagem, Rx e ortopedista.Parabens a todos.
On this 12/3, around 7 am after having an accident while cycling in the xaritas-cafuba tunnel and taken by the officials responsible for the road traffic to UMAM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 01/01/2021, meu filho de 17 anos foi atendido no plantão da emergência às 0:15hs, sem a devida tricotomia, raspagem do cabelo da cabeça, foram feitas 4 suturas com fio cirurgico que pode ocasionar infecção e trazer complicações para o paciente. Devem ser retirados os pontos cirúrgicos até 08/01/2021 que deve ser dificultada pela falta de visibilidade da intervenção mal feita.
On 01/01/2021, my 17-year-old son was seen on the emergency duty at 0:15 am, without proper shaving, head hair shaving, 4 sutures were made with surgical thread that can cause infection and bring complications to the patient. Surgical stitches must be removed by 01/08/2021, which should be hampered by the lack of visibility of the poorly performed intervention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médica cabelo preso, clara.. da troca de plantão após meia noite ( não a morena que né atendeu que foi ótima): desumana, Queria que eu dissesse os nomes das enfermeiras que mandaram eu esperar para pegar os exames!!!!Libera uma sala cheia sem olhar, a senhora julga pelas aparencias. Não sabe nada sobre mim.Fui atendida com afeto e dignidade pela primeira médica, na quarta, 27/04/22, médica do plantão antes da meia-noite ( morena, cabelos pretos). Providenciou exames e bolsas de soro. Enfermeiras e técnicas maravilhosas, atenciosas . Seguranças na porta, incríveis e demais profissionais impecáveis. Na segunda bolsa de soro, qdo uma médica cabelos presos, mais claros, pele clara despachou todos sem ao menos perguntar o que tínhamos. Sem tocar, sem olhar. Fiquei até 3h mais ou menos qdo acabou a bolsa, encaminhada para a médica que não me atendeu de primeira, só despachou para descansar. No meio do corredor falava alto com a recepcionista que eu não tinha mais que estar ali. Explicamos a espera do resultado dos exames, conforme fui encaminhada. Ela estupidamente sentou e imprimiu e exigiu que eu falasse quem havia mandado eu esperar pq ela era a autoridade como médica. E, sem compaixão, sem ética, foi a única pessoa ruim que no seu soninho adiantado, pois a primeira médica já havia ido, falava grosseiramente. Sou professora, sem as enfermeiras, a senhora não seria nada. Respeito. Moro em Icaraí, provavelmente próximo ao seu prédio, fui para a upa pq fui bem indicada. Não creia que os humildes são lixo, nem ameace sua equipe, fazendo caras e bocas. A senhora não é Deus
Physician with hair tied up, pale.. from the shift change after midnight (not the brunette who answered that was great): inhumane, I wanted me to say the names of the nurses who told me to wait to get the exams!!!! full room without looking, you judge by appearances. She doesn't know anything about me. I was treated with affection and dignity by the first doctor, on Wednesday, 04/27/22, doctor on duty before midnight (brunette, black hair). He provided exams and IV bags. Wonderful, caring nurses and technicians. Security at the door, amazing and other impeccable professionals. In the second bag of serum, when a doctor with hair tied up, lighter, fair skin sent everyone away without even asking what we had. No touching, no looking. I stayed up to 3 hours more or less when the bag ran out, referred to the doctor who didn't see me at first, just sent me off to rest. In the middle of the hallway, I was talking loudly to the receptionist that I didn't have to be there anymore. We explained the wait for the results of the exams, as I was referred. She stupidly sat down and printed it out and demanded that I tell who had told me to wait because she was the authority as a doctor. And, without compassion, without ethics, he was the only bad person who, in his early sleep, because the first doctor had already left, spoke rudely. I am a teacher, without the nurses, you would be nothing. Respect. I live in Icaraí, probably close to your building, I went to upa because I was well recommended. Don't believe that the humble are trash, or threaten your team, making faces and mouths. You are not God

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom ! Na administração da prefeitura atual , está PÉSSIMO. Cheio de mofo, infiltrações no prédio, (que sofreu reforma a pouco tempo). Demora demais nos atendimentos, sem ar condicionado decente na recepção, muito calor . E alguns profissionais deixam a desejar , vai muito da equipe, tanto na recepção quanto nos consultórios .
It used to be good! In the administration of the current city hall, it is TERRIBLE. Full of mold, infiltrations in the building, (which underwent renovation recently). It takes too long for calls, no decent air conditioning at the reception, too hot. And some professionals leave something to be desired, a lot depends on the team, both at the reception and in the offices.
