★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior lugar que existe para fazer esse tipo de procedimento!!! As pessoas são super mal educadas, nesse momento eu estou aqui e estou sendo muito mal atendida. A atendente muito mal educada e grossa com as pessoas e a "médica" que pra mim não é médica, é um poço de ignorância!!!! O Detran precisa vê outro lugar para poder fazer os exames é inadmissível as pessoas serem tratadas assim!!!!! Eu detesto esse lugar, uma vergonha o Detran colocar esse tipo de empresa para prestar esse serviço. Espero que alguém veja essa mensagem e faça alguma coisa!!!! Só dei uma estrela pq não tem como deixar em branco!
 The worst place there is to do this type of procedure !!! People are super rude, right now I’m here and I’m being very poorly served. The very rude and rude attendant with people and the "doctor" who for me is not a doctor, is a well of ignorance !!!! The DMV needs to see another place to be able to do the exams, it is unacceptable for people to be treated like this !!!!! I hate this place, it is a shame that the DMV put this type of company to provide this service. I hope someone sees this message and does something !!!! I only gave one star because there is no way to leave it blank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel!!! Falta de compromisso com o cliente, me agendaram para 9:00 da manhã tive que faltar ao trabalho e quando cheguei a atendente, muito mal educada, me informou que só teria médico as 13:00
Quem puder tente em outra clínica
Horrible!!! Lack of appointment with the client, I was scheduled for 9:00 am I had to miss work and when I arrived the attendant, very rude, informed me that I would only have a doctor at 1:00 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um alerta,!!! quem puder vá ao detran e troque de clínica.
1 semana para tentar ligar e marcar. Profissionalismo zero! Ambiente péssimo. E outra coisa atendente sem um pingo de educação. Meu irmão está tentando tirar a carteira e não consegue por causa dessa clínica que não quer agendar. Se não quer prestar serviços, fecha as portas. Não estamos pedindo favor, somos clientes e estamos pagando caro. E no mínimo educação l!
Preciso avisar ao Detran o constrangimento.
A warning,!!! whoever can go to detran and change clinic.
1 week to try to call and dial. Zero professionalism! Terrible environment. And another attendant thing without an ounce of politeness. My brother is trying to get his wallet and he can't because of this clinic he doesn't want to schedule. If you don't want to provide services, you close the doors. We are not asking for favors, we are customers and we are paying dearly. And at least there education!
I need to notify Detran of the embarrassment.

Não merece nenhuma estrela de avaliação do Google!!! Fiquei chocado com o atendimento do local, sinceramente!
Terrible place, attendant very rude and rude to everyone, I think Detran RJ should take some action and change clinic, there is no point in such a thing, I hope I never go back to that clinic! Doesn't deserve any star rating from Google!!! I was shocked by the service of the place, honestly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fiquei assustado com as avaliações negativas e pensei que seria uma experiência horrível, mas o meu exame para fazer a CNH foi rápido, prático e bem feito. não foram ignorantes comigo e, na verdade, me receberam muito bem, a psicóloga foi super gentil.
I was startled by the negative reviews and thought it would be a horrible experience, but my CNH exam was quick, practical and well done. they weren't ignorant to me and, in fact, they welcomed me very well, the psychologist was super kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente o atendimento não é apropriado. Fui duas vezes e nas duas observei impaciênciada no atendimento realizado pela senhora que lá estava. Não fosse a "parceria" com o Detran dificilmente a clínica conseguiria clientes.
The service is really inappropriate. I went twice and both times I was impatient with the service provided by the lady who was there. If it weren't for the "partnership" with the Detran, the clinic would hardly get clients.
