★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom de negócios mas se o veículo der problema no tempo de garantia, vai ter dor de cabeça, no começo falaram que entregaria revisado, quando peguei, embreagem zuada, filtro do ar e ar condicionado mais podre que o Rio Tietê, vazamento de água e óleo, jogo nas rodas dianteiro, ar quente sem funcionar e por aí vai, no começo arrumaram o jogo das rodas dianteira, depois arrumaram embreagem, com muito custo arrumaram o ar quente, e por fim o Odair falou que teria que falar com o dono da agência para ver outra manutenção ..mas ele falou que era o dono...já não sei mais.

Prestativos em ajudar o cliente a encontrar o melhor financiamento, por telefone fez avaliação (valor aproximado) do meu veículo e me passou o financiamento. Já tive uma noção do negócio que queria fazer. Recomendo essa loja, o Sr. Odair, excelente profissional, ótimo para atender o cliente. Fui em vários lugares, mas, nessa loja fui bem atendida, pessoalmente e, por telefone . Diferente de outras lojas. Fiquei satisfeita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei no início de Julho/2019 um carro com eles. O atendimento na loja foi ótimo, vendedor Walmir super atencioso.
Meu problema começou no pós venda, no dia que retirei o carro o DUT não estava disponível, tive que voltar na semana seguinte para buscar, não me atentei que meu nome foi escrito errado, reparei apenas quando já estava no cartório, liguei para o Walmir que pediu para eu levar l DUT para eles fazerem a carta de retifica, o documento ficou com eles por mais 2 semana, nos cuidados da Jussara que é responsável pela documentação, que pareceria mais interessada em esconder o erro do que resolver. Me enviaram o documento de volta com uma papel preenchido TODO errado e sem nexo, faltando 6 dias pra o vencimento do DUT, entrei em contato de novo com. Jussara, agora passando as orientações passo a passo de como ela deveria fazer o trabalho dela.

sinceramente estou muito desapontada e frustrada com o atendimento, principalmente da Jussara.

Uma baita falta de respeito da parte dela com o cliente.
I bought a car in early July / 2019 with them. The service at the store was great, Walmir salesman was very attentive.
My problem started in the post sale, the day I took the car the DUT was not available, I had to go back the next week to pick it up, I didn't notice that my name was misspelled, I noticed it only when I was at the registry, I called Walmir who asked me to take the DUT for them to make the rectification letter, the document stayed with them for another 2 weeks, in the care of Jussara who is responsible for the documentation, who would seem more interested in hiding the error than solving it. They sent me the document back with a paper filled ALL wrong and nonsensical, with 6 days left until the DUT expires, I contacted again. Jussara, now passing the step-by-step directions on how she should do her job.
They sent me the document back today, with 2 days left before DUT to win.
Hi Jussara, I'll stay at the agency until 4pm.
honestly I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service, especially from Jussara.
hinder the DUT with only 2 days for me to go after all the transfer procedure?
A great lack of respect on the part of her with the client.

I WENT THERE WITH MY WEEK THAT WEEK LOOKING AT A VEHICLE, AND THE SERVICE WAS DECEPTIONAL, TOTALLY ARROGING THE GUY, I DON'T KNOW IF I WAS AN EMPLOYEE, PICK UP AND WAS AWAY IN TIME TO AVOID A DISCUSSION, YOU HAVE TO KNOW RIGHT RESPONDING MORE PEOPLE, NO MORE PEOPLE RIGHT IN THIS PLACE, IF I COULD GIVE ANY STARS IT WOULD BE MY EVALUATION, I WENT TO SEE A PALIO WEKEEND, IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT SAID IT TO BE IMPECCABLE AND THE NEWEST OF SÃO PAULO, ARRIVING THERE HAD SEVERAL DETAILS THE TIRE ALMOST CARECA AND THE GLASS WILL BE ALREADY, SERVICE, STILL ANNOUNCES SAYING TO BE IMPECCABLE, IF THIS IS IMPECCABLE I DON'T KNOW, IT CAN ONLY BE JOKE !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim .. fui lá interessado num veículo que estava a exposição para venda na loja , a pessoa que lá estava não soube informar nada , pediu para atravessar a rua do outro lado que pertence a mesma loja indo lá a pessoa que lá estava não sabia informar nada , dizendo que o carro havia entrado a pouco tempo ! Então porque estava a exposição na loja , inclusive no vidro a identificação com o ano do veículo , se ninguém sabe de nada então não coloquem o carro a exposição, sai dali totalmente desanimado , nunca mais volto ... Vcs perderam pelo atendimento. Absurdo isso ....
