★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma câmera IP WiFi e ela veio sem a fonte 5V. Estou tentando há vários dias entrar em contato com a Universat inclusive enviei mensagem para a ouvidoria e não tive retorno. Até o momento não recomendo comprar nesta empresa.

I bought a WiFi IP camera and it came without the 5V power supply. I have been trying for several days to contact Universat including I sent a message to the ombudsman and had no return. So far I do not recommend buying in this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um receptor que apresentou defeito. Demoraram 3 meses para providenciar o conserto e no dia da retirada ainda quase apanhei de um valentão que me informaram ser o gerente. O sujeito se irritou porque eu disse a ele que pelo cód. defesa do cons. deveriam ter consertado o aparelho em no máximo 30 dias. Uma das piores experiências de compra que eu tive.
I bought a receiver that was defective. It took 3 months to arrange the repair and on the day of the withdrawal I was almost beaten by a bully who told me I was the manager. The guy got angry because I told him that by code. defense of cons. they should have repaired the device within a maximum of 30 days. One of the worst shopping experiences I have had.
