★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui atendido pelo PIOR administrativo institucional que passei na vida. A turminha do atendimento ao aluno perdeu um documento e tentou resolver com mentiras. A turminha da supervisão do setor nem sequer saiu da salinha de bate papo deles para tentar ajudar. Enfim, mais uma PÉSSIMA experiência com a UNP. Falta de respeito, não sabem trabalhar, e NAO EXISTE SUPERVISÃO PARA AJUDAR. Detalhe: horário de chegada foi as 17:50, fui atendido as 20:10 e tive uma retórica negativa as 21:08.
Quem precisar desse deserviço, aconselho desde já ir preparado para possíveis desconfortos.
 Today I was attended by the WORST institutional administrative I've been through in my life. The student service peeps lost a document and tried to solve it with lies. The industry oversight crew didn't even come out of their chat room to try to help. Anyway, another BAD experience with UNP. Lack of respect, they don't know how to work, and THERE IS NO SUPERVISION TO HELP. Detail: arrival time was at 5:50 pm, I was attended at 8:10 pm and I had negative rhetoric at 9:08 pm.
Anyone who needs this service, I advise you to be prepared for possible discomforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu Estudei na UnP da Engenheiro Roberto Freire, o Ensino é excelente, porém os Alunos pareciam participantes do BBB, faciam grupinhos, afinidades e alguns Professores arrogantes, estudaram muito para exerser a profissão, que pareciam que perderam a humanidade.
I studied at Engineer Roberto Freire's UnP, the teaching is excellent, but the students seemed to participate in the BBB, they made little groups, affinities and some arrogant teachers, studied a lot to exercise the profession, who seemed to have lost their humanity.

Eu tô pagando o valor do presencial e recebo só duas aulas presenciais na semana, além da desorganização e agora querem cobrar o valor bruto na rematrícula. Se não derem uma resposta, não vejo outra opção além de pedir transferência.
I'll just say one thing, after the spirit took over, everything came crashing down. I'm paying the face-to-face fee and I only receive two face-to-face classes a week, in addition to the disorganization and now they want to charge the gross amount when re-enrolling. If they don't respond, I don't see any option but to ask for a transfer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou no 10° semestre e ainda não consegui incluir as matérias do primeiro semestre para pagar. Já apresentei até o meu TCC e não abrem as matérias que preciso para obter meu diploma. Disseram que eu tinha que ter aberto uma solicitação, o problema é que eu não apenas abri uma solicitação como abri também várias reclamações no SAC e na Ouvidoria da instituição, as quais JAMAIS me foram atendidas. O coordenador de curso? Três meses que não me responde, além da universidade não ter QUALQUER programa de incentivo à pesquisa e à extensão. Minhas horas complementares, todas entregues via requerimento na plataforma, até hoje não foram contabilizadas. No final, a Universidade me gerou mais dores de cabeça do que felicidade. Eu só tenho um arrependimento, que é ter entrado na instituição e ter feito minha matrícula. Mas podem ter certeza que na próxima vez que eu pensar em qualquer formação, não pensarei nesta instituição!
I'm in the 10th semester and I still haven't been able to include the first semester subjects to pay. I've already submitted my TCC and they don't open the subjects I need to get my degree. They said that I had to have opened a request, the problem is that I not only opened a request but also opened several complaints in the SAC and in the institution's Ombudsman, which I was NEVER answered. The course coordinator? Three months without answering me, in addition to the university not having ANY incentive program for research and extension. My additional hours, all delivered via application on the platform, have not been accounted for until today. In the end, the University gave me more headaches than happiness. I only have one regret, which is having entered the institution and having enrolled. But you can be sure that the next time I think about any training, I won't think about this institution!

Não teve um semestre que não tive algum tipo de dor de cabeça. Agora, pra me formar (finalmente, pq não vejo a hora de acabar com qualquer tipo de vínculo com essa instituição), o sistema péssimo deles diz que falta uma matéria pra eu cursar, que na verdade eu já cursei sim e a nota já está até no sistema.
A coordenadora do curso? Péssima também. Mandei mensagem no whatsapp e ela me pediu pra falar com ela pelo e-mail. Falei e NUNCA obtive uma resposta se quer, apesar das minhas inúmeras tentativas de falar com ela.
Digo e repito: vocês só pensam no lucro, não estão nem aí pro ensino ou pros alunos terem uma boa experiência. Vocês trocam de dono e de sistema de ensino o tempo todo mas a universidade continua péssima há anos.
E eu não conheço uma pessoa se quer que tenha tido boa experiência sendo aluno desse lugar.
Terrible! By far the worst institution.
There hasn't been a semester that I haven't had some kind of headache. Now, to graduate (finally, because I can't wait to end any kind of connection with this institution), their terrible system says that I need a subject for me to study, which in fact I already studied yes and the grade is already even in the system.
The course coordinator? Bad too. I sent a message on whatsapp and she asked me to talk to her by email. I spoke and NEVER got a response either, despite my numerous attempts to speak to her.
I say and repeat: you only think about profit, you don't care about teaching or students having a good experience. You change owners and the education system all the time, but the university has been terrible for years.
And I don't know a single person who even had a good experience being a student at this place.
