★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando trocar de curso , abri chamado a dias .. e nenhuma resposta.
A intenção deles pelo oque vejo, é que eu perca a oportunidade de pegar o primeiro semestre, e tenha que começar após concluir um semestre inteiro de um curso que não quero mais! Lamentável!
 I'm trying to change course, opened called the day .. and no response.
Their intention, for what I see, is that I miss the opportunity to get the first half, and has to start after completing a full semester of a course that do not want to! Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me formei na faculdade Torricelli , em 2009 . Retirei meu certificado de conclusão na Faculdade Anhanguera. Tenho o requerimento da solicitação do diploma de 2012 , por diversas vezes fui até a faculdade para retira-lo , e nunca estava pronto . Uma das vezes que fui a faculdade me informaram que deveria entregar toda minha documentação novamente , provavelmente perderam. Entreguei a documentação , me pediram mais um prazo , passo mais de 1 ano retornei para retirar o diploma , não estava pronto e me solicitaram novamente a entrega de meus documentos . Por diversas vezes fui a faculdade e não consegui resolver meu problema , estamos em 2016 , e ainda não consegui meu diploma do curso que me formei em 2009. Estou sendo prejudicada e lesada por conta da irresponsabilidade dos responsáveis desta faculdade estou perdendo oportunidades tanto nesta função quanto a outros concursos devido isso. Ninguém sabe passar as informações correta , ninguém sabe quem é o responsável pelo diploma da Faculdade Torricelli, ninguém passa um telefone ou um endereço para que eu possa resolver esta situação . Já estou indignada com a falta respeito com que venho sendo tratada todo esse tempo .
Quero um retorno , um parecer , UMA SOLUÇÃO!
I graduated from Torricelli College in 2009. I withdrew my certificate of completion at Anhanguera College. I have the application for the 2012 diploma, several times I went to college to withdraw it, and it was never ready. One time I went to college I was informed that I should hand over all my documentation again, probably lost. I handed over the documentation, asked for another deadline, step over 1 year I returned to withdraw the diploma, was not ready and asked me again to submit my documents. Several times I went to college and I couldn't solve my problem, it's 2016, and I still haven't got my degree from the course I graduated in 2009. I'm being harmed and injured due to the irresponsibility of the heads of this college I'm missing opportunities so much in this function as for other contests because of this. No one knows how to pass the correct information, no one knows who is responsible for the Torricelli College degree, no one gives me a phone or an address so I can solve this situation. I am already angry at the lack of respect with which I have been treated all this time.
I want a return, an opinion, A SOLUTION!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de expressar a minha decepção com essa faculdade. Falta de responsabilidade, não cumprem oque consta no contrato. Começando pelo telefone, nunca atendem o telefone quando ligamos para lá para esclarecer alguma dúvida. Enviam o valor do boleto diferente do que consta no contrato e pior, enviam dois boletos em datas próximas com 11 dias de diferença, já faz 5 dias que eu pedi o atestado de matrícula e até agora nada, não posso gastar tanto dinheiro com passagem e não poder pagar meia todos os dias. Como vocês querem formar bons profissionais sendo que vocês não dão exemplo.
I would like to express my disappointment with this faculty. Lack of responsibility, do not comply with what is in the contract. Starting with the phone, they never answer the phone when we call there to answer any questions. Send the amount of the ticket different from what is in the contract and worse, send two slips at close dates 11 days apart, it's been 5 days that I asked for the registration certificate and so far nothing, I can not spend so much money on ticket and not being able to pay half every day. How do you want to train good professionals and you set no example.

ate hj estou esperando meu diploma e essa instituiçao não honra que seus compromissos tem 20 email deste 2016 solicitando meu diploma ate que essa funcionaria em questão pediu para eu enviar novamente os documentos e foi emviando ela recebeu e me deu um prazo de 15 dias isso em fev de 2018 nós ja estamos em junho de 2019 e ate agora nada de resposta

Until I'm waiting for my diploma and this institution does not honor that its commitments have 20 emails from this 2016 requesting my diploma until that would work in question asked for me to send the documents again and was emviando it received and gave me a period of 15 days this in Feb 2018 we are already in June 2019 and so far no answer

Pior impossível!
Faculdade pior que esta somente duas dessa.
Passei o semestre inteiro sem acesso ao Portal do Aluno,cobranças indevidas.
E o pior,para entrar na faculdade precisava pedir para os seguranças liberarem a catraca.
Tremenda humilhação e isso porque não estava devendo nada.
Cursei o 6 semestre do curso de Direito,porém com a péssima administração e o descaso com o aluno ,infelizmente se não tomarmos cuidado,aprendemos o torto.
Pedi transferência o mais rápido possível.
Mas para quem gosta de ditadura e péssima administração ,e um ótimo lugar para estudar.
Horrible.
Worst impossible!
College worse than just two of these.
I spent the entire semester without access to the Student Portal, undue charges.
And worst of all, to get into college I had to ask security guards to release the turnstile.
Tremendous humiliation and that was because I owed nothing.
I attended the 6 semester of the Law course, but with the bad administration and the neglect with the student, unfortunately if we are not careful, we learn crookedly.
I asked for a transfer as soon as possible.
But for those who like dictatorship and terrible administration, and a great place to study.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelei minha matrícula em 2018, paguei tudo que tinha pra pagar, até as multas e agora estão me mandando uma carta dizendo que estou devendo algo e que meu nome vai pro SPC, como? Se eu já cortei os vínculos com a faculdade a anos atras e agora vem coisa pra eu pagar, pior faculdade, não recomendo.
I canceled my registration in 2018, paid everything I had to pay, even the fines and now they are sending me a letter saying that I owe something and that my name goes to SPC, how? If I've cut ties with college years ago and now there's something for me to pay, worse college, I don't recommend it.

Cancelei a matricula no prazo, ganhei o reembolso, e agora estão me cobrando uma mensalidade de eng. civil, sendo que nunca quis fazer eng. civil e cancelei certo, ligo nessa instituição todo dia e não atendem, agora meu nome está negativado por falta de organização dessa empresa, que nem atende os clientes, falta de compromisso e transparência, não recomendo para ninguém essa instituição, se não me derem uma resposta esse mês vou no procon e difamar em todas as minhas redes socais e pedir ajuda dos meus amigos para levantar uma tag no twitter para nunca mais alguém se inscrever nessa faculdade, só me deu dor de cabeça.
Fraud! I canceled the enrollment on time, got the refund, and now they are charging me a monthly fee for eng. civil, being that never wanted to do eng. I call the institution every day and they do not answer, now my name is being denied due to the lack of organization of this company, which does not attend to clients, lack of commitment and transparency, I do not recommend this institution to anyone, if they do not give me one answer this month I go to the procon and defame in all my social networks and ask my friends to help to raise a tag on twitter so that someone else never enroll in this faculty, it only gave me a headache.
