★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo na secretaria, são poucos os funcionários que realmente te atendem e te ajuda com oque precisa, o financeiro nunca tem gente, você liga e só chama ou da ocupado.No turno da noite as aulas são pouquíssimas. E o aluno não tem acesso a grade curricular total do curso,a ementa que está no site deles é antiga e não condiz com a realidade.

I have already been to four Higher Education Institutions, two federal and two private. I did an undergraduate and postgraduate course at UNIVERSO and I claim, within my area of knowledge, to be the best college in Juiz de Fora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem ao telefone, equipamentos de estética para o aluno ter aula pratica quebrado ao meses e não tomam providência alguma. Só tem um jeito pra essa faculdade denunciar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Universidade péssima. Não entrem na universo se puderem entrar em qualquer outro lugar. O financeiro não me atende e não responde chat há dias. O curso é todo bagunçado e ninguém sabe ajudar em nada. Setores completamente desconectados. Professores não dão aula direito, cobra matéria que nunca apresentaram aos alunos. É uma piada de muito mal gosto. Tô saindo o mais rápido possível, ou melhor, FUGINDO!
