I spend a lot of time in the call queue to be answered and nothing, when you answer they hang up on you or the call always goes down .... aff !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone não atende, preciso me deslocar por 40 minutos para obter uma informação. super desorganizado estou completamente arrependido! o atendimento é horrivel! e acreditem cheguei para fazer a primeira prova e falaram que eu nao era aluno da instituição... depois identificaram como um erro... engraçado que a cobrança nunca tem erro...
The phone doesn't answer, I need to travel for 40 minutes to get information. super disorganized I'm completely sorry! the service is horrible! and believe me, I arrived to take the first test and they said that I was not a student at the institution... then they identified it as an error... funny that the charge is never made in error...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra chegar em péssimo falta muito. Desorganização total. Os boletos chegam em dia mas para atualizar os documentos grade do aluno etc demoram mais de meses.( Detalhe que o boleto as vezes vem errado.)
