Passei em consulta 2x, o ponto negativo mudou de Veterinária 3x já neste período.
Sempre levei para banho e tosa.
Nunca tive reclamação, porém já trocou de tosador também.
Mais está última vez que levei neste mês de Julho 2021. Para banho e tosa. Me informaram como sempre que iam me ligar, quando tivesse pronto.. Aguardei mais de 2hs, a menina da recepção me mandou uma mensagem no whats falando se eu não ia buscar o cachorro porque eles já iam fechar, como assim... Nem me avisaram estava esperando... Em fim saí correndo, não gostei... Cheguei lá... Subi para pegar ele que estava sozinho na gaiola.. Com a patinha presa nos ferrinhos da gaiola, o menino que subiu pra abrir a porta presenciou tudo. Foi até ruim de tirar.. Ele estava visivelmente triste por estar sozinho. Desci e disse.. Nossa não gostei.. Nunca aconteceu isso. A menina culpou a outra mais em momento algum me pediu desculpa.. Parece que eu era culpada. Triste dia.. E momento vivido.
I've been taking my dog there for 1 year and a half.
I passed the consultation 2x, the negative point changed from Veterinary 3x already in this period.
I always took it to bathe and groom.
I never had a complaint, but I've already changed the clipper too.
But this is the last time I took this month of July 2021. For bathing and grooming. They informed me as always that they would call me, when it was ready.. I waited more than 2 hours, the girl at the reception sent me a message on whats saying if I wasn't going to get the dog because they were about to close, what do you mean... Not me they told me I was waiting... In the end I ran away, I didn't like it... I got there... I went up to get him who was alone in the cage... With his paw stuck in the cage's irons, the boy who went up to open the door witnessed everything. It was even bad to take it off. He was visibly sad to be alone. I went down and said... Wow, I didn't like it... That never happened. The girl blamed the other but never apologized to me. It seems I was guilty. Sad day... And lived moment.

Falaram que ia me ligar para buscar minha gata, não ligaram. Cheguei lá a gata estava em outro estabelecimento...
Primeira e última vez. Não recomendo.
Terrible service from the attendants.. when we have doubts, they laugh with mocking looks.
They said they were going to call me to pick up my cat, they didn't. I got there the cat was in another establishment...
First and last time. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, e quem sobre é o animal por passar tanto desconforto e dor por falta de profissionalismo das pessoas!
E o tutor também sofre, por ficar angustiado por conta do desdenho com seu pet, sem contar que eles fazem as coisas sem consultar e depois só aparecer com a nota pra pagar...
Terrible service, and who else is the animal for experiencing so much discomfort and pain due to people's lack of professionalism!
And the tutor also suffers, for being distressed because of the disdain for his pet, not to mention that they do things without consulting and then just show up with the bill to pay...
