★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu super recomendo a Univet o atendimento da recepção é excelente, ressalto o atendente Moisés. O atendimento médico é perfeito. Tenho 3 gatos e todos são acompanhados por Dra. Elayne que é excepcional, uma profissional maravilhosa.
Minha gatinha tem asma mas graças aos cuidados de Dra. Elayne vive tão bem que nem parece ter tal problema.
 I highly recommend Univet the reception service is excellent, I highlight the attendant Moisés. The medical care is perfect. I have 3 cats and they are all accompanied by Dr. Elayne who is exceptional, a wonderful professional.
My kitten has asthma but thanks to Dr. Elayne's care, she lives so well that she doesn't even seem to have such a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço de banho é péssimo, demora demais, o pet passa o dia todo pra tomar um simples banho.. Fora que na primeira vez que levei a minha cachorrinha já estava pronta e eles esqueceram de avisar, eu q fui lá verificar. Dei uma segunda chance e me arrependi demais, deixei por volta de 11h30 e só ficou pronta às 16h30. Minha cachorrinha é filhote e tem q passar o dia lá, fora que fica sozinha e trancada na gaiola esse tempo todo.
The bath service is terrible, it takes too long, the pet spends all day to take a simple bath. Besides, the first time I took my dog it was ready and they forgot to tell me, I went there to check. I gave it a second chance and regretted it a lot, I left around 11:30 am and it was only ready at 4:30 pm. My little dog is a puppy and has to spend the day there, outside that she is alone and locked in the cage all this time.

Excellent service! My dogs underwent surgery with Dr Natália Baião. The staff are very helpful, attentive and responsive. I recommend, you can take your pet without fear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais eu levo meu cachorro lá, falaram que o banho e tosa ia ser rápido, colocaram o cachorro trancado as 14:00hrs e so pegaram pra da banho quase as 17:00 sendo que o cachorro ja estava estressado e dai não conseguiram finalizar a tosa, tiver que levar o cachorro pra casa com a cabeça cheia de pelo, o bichinho ficou 2 dias com trauma em casa.
I will never take my dog there again, they said that the bath and grooming would be quick, they locked the dog at 2:00 pm and only took him to bathe at almost 5:00 pm and the dog was already stressed and then they could not finish the grooming, having to take the dog home with a full head of fur, the pet spent 2 days with trauma at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não tenho palavras para agradecer a todos da univet pelo carinho e profissionalismo eles fazem o trabalho com amor carinho. Graças a eles minha BB está bem. Eles são maravilhosos sempre tudo limpo bem organizado todos os profissionais estão de parabéns desde do cuidado com os nossos pequenos eu indico a todos a univet não a outro lugar tão maravilhoso igual e eles. Agradeço de todo meu coração a Dra. Andressa, que graças as suas mão santa hoje minha bebê Jady está viva abraço a senhora e a todos da equipe.
I have no words to thank everyone at univet for the care and professionalism they do the work with love and care. Thanks to them my BB is fine. They are wonderful always everything clean well organized all the professionals are to be congratulated since the care with our little ones I recommend to everyone univet not to another place as wonderful as they are.
