★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos há mais de 10 anos com a Provedora que já foi yagi,vianet,campnet e agora HSP Telecom,teve uma época que ficou sem dar problema se não me engano qdo era vianet, recentemente passamos pra fibra depois de vários problemas vários dias sem internet qse não conseguíamos contato com o suporte, enfim mudaram pra fibra porém se chover já era atualmente o que Salva um pouco são as atendentes do suporte técnico, só que nem sempre a gente consegue o contato pelo telefone, atualmente estamos sem internet por causa das chuvas choveu já era pior que estamos em época de chuva já é a terceira vez sem internet seguida e o pior é que não é coisa de resolverem em um dia.
We have been for more than 10 years with the provider who was already yagi, vianet, campnet and now HSP Telecom, had an era that did not give a problem if I was not mistaken when it was vianet, we recently switched to fiber after several problems several days without internet if we could not get in touch with the support, they finally changed to the fiber, but if it was raining, it was already what saves a little bit the technical support staff, but we do not always get the phone contact, we are currently without internet because of the rains it rained already it was worse that we are in rainy season is already the third time without internet followed and the worst is that it is not something to solve in one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz duas semanas que contratei essa Internet e já tive vários problemas!!! Sendo que no primeiro dia, 10 min depois de instalar já parou de funcionar, Fui pedir assistência e foi me passado 48h de espera dos técnicos. Concertaram e fiz Vários testes e quase nunca Chega o combinado, Liguei pra reclamar e nenhum número dos que eles provém atendeu a minha ligação.
Agora na segunda semana passei UM FIM DE SEMANA INTEIRO SEM INTERNET, (16/05/2020 ATÉ 17/05/2020) HOJE NA SEGUNDA FEIRA 18/05/2020 Passei um dos maiores transtornos da minha vida, Estou desde as 8 h da manhã pedindo e implorando praticamente, a assistência e nada de alguém me ajudar, ou NO MÍNIMO ME DAR UMA RESPOSTA AO MEU PROBLEMA.
RESUMINDO
QUEM ESTIVER PENSANDO EM CONTRATAR, NÃO CONTRATE!!!! Só Dor de cabeça ****
Two weeks ago I hired this Internet and I already had several problems !!! Since on the first day, 10 minutes after installing, it stopped working, I went to ask for assistance and I was waiting 48 hours for the technicians. Concerted and did several tests and almost never arrives agreed, I called to complain and none of the numbers they come from answered my call.
Now in the second week I spent A WHOLE WEEKEND WITHOUT INTERNET, (16/05/2020 UNTIL 17/05/2020) TODAY ON MONDAY 5/18/2020 I spent one of the biggest upsets of my life, I have been since 8 am morning asking and practically begging for assistance and nothing for someone to help me, OR AT LEAST GIVE ME AN ANSWER TO MY PROBLEM.
SUMMING UP
WHO IS THINKING TO CONTRACT, DO NOT CONTRACT !!!! Only Headache ****
